Recently found that pour-over coffee has a better, fresher taste so I wanted something that would quickly boil water without the use of a pot or using the microwave and finding out that the coffee cup is hotter than the water. So I got this. Simple to use. Plug in base. Fill pitcher with water. Set on base and press down tab, blue light means heating. Turns off automatically. Boils water in MINUTES! Works great for heating water to add to foot bath as well!

It’s so worth my money it gets very hot quick less than two seconds as you can see is boiling hot on the first picture second picture when it turns blue is done. I love the glowing blue in the glass That is within one second . The water stays pretty hot.. it starts to cool as you drink your tea or coffee. It’s worth the money. try it you would like it this brand

I drInk tea, lots of tea in addition to my coffee (also a lot). I starting noticing how much time (and electricity) I actually spend just waiting for water to boil on the stovetop... Especially when I need to bring it to a boil a second time if, and when, I want to drink another mug/cup/liter. After watching a YouTuber discuss her electric kettle I started looking for one. Pros: I like the clear glass for multiple reasons. Ease of seeing how much water I still have or need. Easily visible markings to show min and max lines. I like being able to see through the glass for cleanliness reasons. (I own and use glass straws rather than silicone or stainless for that same reason). The lid opens big enough to fit my hand in for thorough cleaning. It also feels solid and the pour spout is well designed so no dribbles when pouring. The heat pad base feels pretty sturdy as well. Most important reason to get this now, imo is it’s speed... this thing brings 1.7 liters to boil in minutes. Less than 5 minutes every time. Cons: Some of the reviews noted possible rust issues inside of the pot near the base. I don’t have that issue, but ... the design of the flip up lid makes it near impossible to air dry this kettle upside down to be sure it is completely dried when done for the day. Am carefully monitoring for any appearance of rust before the return window expires. All in all, I am really enjoying this. It is now my newest favorite kitchen gadget... it helps that the blue color indicating heating/boiling is pretty cool to look at.

I bought my kettle 6 months ago. I waited to write a review, because sometimes things are only nice for a few weeks. Not this kettle - I still love it! It boils fast and hot, which is nice for winter. I like the led light that turns it blue-purple while it's on. The nicest surprise was how easy it is to clean. My old teapot was metal, and very hard to clean. Over time, my old teapot had a lot of calcium buildup - and even mold inside of it! Cleaning it ended up breaking it, so I bought this new one. To clean this new teapot, I just left a bit of white wine vinegar in it overnight, and now it looks brand new again! Would definitely buy again.

I love my new Zeppoli electric kettle. I use it when I am canning. It only takes a couple of minutes to boil water and I am ready to top off my jars and put them in the canner. It saves time and space as I don’t have to keep a pan of water boiling on another stove burner for this purpose. I liked it so much I purchased two of them. They are so easy to clean. They also heat up extremely fast. Other users complained about the pouring speed, but this is boiling water we are dealing with so taking your time and being careful is important. I have no issues with the speed in which the water pours from the spout. Great product and a great value. I also purchased the warranty that Amazon was so kind to offer. I highly recommend this product.

Amazon orders have been a miss with me lately. But this kettle has been the best purchase I've made in a while on this site. So far no problems and it boils water really fast. The spout is a little bit on the small side and you should pour slowly as it instructs. I haven't encountered any plastic/chemical smell yet, but I'll be sure to pay more attention to how the water smells the next time I use it. I'm very sensitive to smells, so if anything smells like chemicals I will know. I do know that it tells you to clean your kettle first through boiling and rinsing (read the instructions), which I did so maybe that's why I don't smell anything off with mine. I've had mine for a little while now, and everything still works perfectly.

I've been really happy with my Zeppoli Electric Kettle. It boils water quickly and automatically shuts off when finished, which is a big safety plus for me since I'm forgetful sometimes. The glass body is attractive and lets me see the water level easily, and the stainless steel accents make it look nice on my counter. It is a little on the pricey side for a kettle, and some users have mentioned concerns about durability, but overall I think it's a great buy.

For years I saw these and wondered why you would need one when the microwave is available. The handle on my microwave broke and it's a pain to use and replacing it now is not an option. I use it several times a day and it heats water much faster than either the microwave or gas range. I even heat water for washing dishes since so much water is wasted waiting gor the hot to reach the kitchen.

I chose this unit because it's NOT temperature regulated below boiling. Tea water NEEDS to be boiling hot, so don't try and sell me on that 212 degree crap just because the unit is under powered. Zeppoli delivered, out-of-the-box, plug it in, fill it with room temperature filtered water and BAM! Three and a half minutes later, I have a rolling boil. It looks elegant however, they did sacrifice a better, more perfect pour for form factor. You have to pour the water more slowly. I guess, I suppose, that's a smart thing. Think about what would happen if you splashed boiling hot water on your skin or whatever. So, I'm not talking "VERY SLOWLY", just, slightly slower than "c'mon! C'mon already!", which is my speed. How does it taste? Hang on. Lemme sip. Still hot. Hang on. Okay. Yummy. It tastes unaffected by the unit. I can taste the same Crystal filtered water I put in the pot, and the Irish Breakfast Tea (super strong, highly recommended). Drinking Tea with Erythritol has been a major part of my 40# weight loss on the Keto Diet. This device will help me lose the next 40, without needed the shared work microwave. Oh, yeah, and, it's pretty. I don't get the whole "LED" thing but, whatever. It's a nice blue color. Using tap water is just...basic. Don't be basic.

Primarily bought this to boil water for doing sweet tea rather than use a pan on the stove. I'm extremely satisfied with how easy it is to use rather than trying to do a pan. I boil the water then pour it into another container with a tea bag to steep. I also plan on using this for canning to be able to add boiling water to my jars rather than trying to do boiling water on the stove in the pan. It is extremely quick to boil water this way to do the full 1.7 l maximum amount.

This is the 2nd one I've bought (not because the first was bad, it accidentally got knocked off the counter by my tyrannical parakeet which also caused a glass frame to fall and the filter from the kettle landed in the teeny-tiny glass shards. BTW anyone want a bird?) and its just as great as the 1st one. Sturdy. I will say make sure you pour slow because some water will go past the spout area and get wild. Can do back to back refills and heating easily. Def recommend

Keeps water hot for hours!!!

I bought this to replace a similar one that leaked like crazy. I was afraid of the previous one shorting out and causing harm. I was skeptical this one would leak just based on previous reviews of this style of kettle. After a month this one hasn't leaked once and functions perfectly. I have not noticed any odd smells or flavors as a result of it's use. I'd recommend it.

My old stainless tea kettle had rust inside so I wanted to try this glass tea kettle. I love that it has an auto cut off and that I don't have to listen to a loud whistle. If I turn it on and forget that I turned it on, no worries as it turns itself off. The water is hard in my county, so I normally have to clean the tea kettle about once a week. I can see residue thru the glass on the bottom and all I do is pour a little bit of white vinegar (no heat) and let it sit for a few hours. Pour out the vinegar and rinse a few times and good to go again. My son and I use this several times a day. I even use it for making sweet tea when I am unable to make my sun tea.

Ive owned 3 different kettle's. This one is the best. Its wide mouth makes it much easier to clean. The blue light is a wonderful feature. My only complaint would be that I did have one that heated a bit faster.

I really like this water boiling pitcher so far. It has a nice blue light while heating heats fast and will turn off automatically after it boils for about 15 seconds or so if the lid is down. The lid opens with the push of a button and opens slowly like it is on a hydraulic spring. It arrived on time and well packed. the power cord can be wound up underneath so that you only have as much cord as you need to reach the outlet showing, keeping the counter neat and tidy. As long as it lasts it couldn't really be any better. I followed the instructions to fill it twice and bring the water to a boil then dump it out. I can not detect any plastic odor or any other odor when it boils. The water tastes fine as well.

This is a beautiful, well constructed, large capacity (1.7L) fast boiling kettle. Having owned many successive, merely passable electric kettles, the design and speed of this one pleased me. The customer service behind this product is the biggest sell however. Jim in Equinox customer service contacted me shortly after my purchase through Amazon to say hello and hope that I enjoy my purchase--as vendors often do. Shortly after I had started using it, the item presented with a frustrating though apparently inconstant issue with the lid. An anomaly I am sure, I contacted Jim to inform and he very kindly and promptly shipped me out a new kettle without question. I cannot say enough about this company and their customer service. If the opportunity presents itself I will buy from them again. I am not someone who usually takes the time to write a review, but in this case I feel compelled to do so. I am a very satisfied customer, and I wish more companies would provide similar courtesy and backing of their product.

We've had this kettle since mid 2018, still chugging along. It's been great. Would buy again (if I need to).

Quick and easy

I didn’t realize how big this actually was. Also everyone said it smelled like plastic but maybe that was for the other model? I got the newer one. It’s amazing and no smell what so ever. Auto shut off is my favorite. Pretty blue lights when it’s on. The pad the kettle sits on doesn’t get hot. It boils way faster than I thought it would. I’m overall impressed with it.

Deff would buy again and again

I am a dog trainer and have very little space in my kennel for appliances. I have a hot plate that I had been using to heat water in a tea kettle with a broken whistle. After completely obliterating my tea kettle because I would get distracted by my dogs, I needed to get something new. This Zeppoli product is AMAZING. Minimal counterspace, heats the water up in less time than the tea kettle AND it turns off after 30 seconds. I do not know how I survived this long without it. Add in how easy it is to clean and it is a winner from all angles. Absolutely awesome product, especially for those of us who are multitasking maniacs with the ability to completely forget about the tea kettle heating up.

Too large for a single person but great for a couple or family. Heats very quickly for tea time.

I use this product every morning when I'm preparing Breakfast. Have used it at nite when I want a DECAF Tea or Coffee. My husband ONLY drinks Regular COFFEE! This can also become very useful when making recipes and need 2 to 4 cups of hot/boiling water; or in a hurry to get water boiling to cook soup mixes, pastas, etc. The only thing I have a negative about is: when I fill it to the 1.7 liter line, it is ALMOST to heavy for me to pick up as I keep it to the back of the counter out of the way. I'm 80 yrs old and have arthritic hands. I'll just have to remember to not fill it so full. This kettle is well built.

This replaced my old hot water pot and love it! The bottom is flat, so super easy to clean (old one had raised controller in center), easy flip of switch to turn on and the wonderful blue light let's you know turned on and easy to see when about to boil.

I rarely write reviews, but saw this in my order history from June of 2019 and felt I had to explain how happy this purchase continues to make me. We have been on the road traveling in our RV and sometimes in hotels for the last several years. This kettle has come everywhere with us and has truly stood the test of time. I make tea and boil water a lot. It's very easy to keep clean. I appreciate the bright lights indicating it's on. In the past I have bought more expensive and fancier brand kettles, but for the price and performance the Zeppoli has been way better. I highly recommend this kettle.

This is great to use. Love the blue light. I would definitely buy this for a wedding gift. My daughter had this and I had to get one. I use it to heat water for my Japanese pour over coffee cup.

You know when you are on vacation and you find something that you can't live without....Well that is me. I was in a Airbnb home and they had this kettle. Fell in love at first brew and ordered within 24 hours from Amazon. Thank you Amazon for always being there when we just have to have what someone else has. This pot heats up fast - turns off when you lift from the base. The lights are bright blue when it is on ... so you know it is heating. For now I give it five stars because it does exactly what it saids it will do and it looks nice. I recommend this item highly.
