Turmaquik Golden Milk Turmeric Powder

A very nice product, but varies a little in color from batch to batch. I imagine the spice mixture varies a little. I make a wonderful hot beverage with it using an inch or so of water in a coffee cup. I hear it in the microwave. Then I add almost a teaspoon of grass fed butter, a teaspoon of the Tumeric Blend, 1/32 tsp of pure Monk Fruit, and a dollop of organic liquid heavy cream. I then use one of those little battery operated whisks in the coffee cup to blend it and whip up the cream a little. So delicious! And so healthy!

I have been taking it every night for 2 weeks and it has changed my life. After spending nights without sleep, tired all the time, now I find myself sleeping my 7 hours, with a lot of energy and a very good mood, and I can now walk every day. I like my ritual of drinking my golden milk 30 minutes before bed. It has a delicious flavor.

I bought this as an alternative to turmeric pills, I have a sensitive stomach and was told turmeric could help. I drink this as a tea, just add one scoop to boiling water, allow to cool, add raw honey. It's delicious. I wasn't expecting to like this at all. It tastes just like chai tea, just a little weaker. I expected it to be spicier because of some of the other reviews, but if you have ever drank ginger tea the spice level in this will be nothing to you. I personally can't taste the black pepper, just a little of warm spicy ginger flavor. Sometimes I add a little bit of extra cinnamon to it to make it even better It mixes easily, no whisking or stirring needed. However when the tea sits some of the powder settles at the bottom of the cup Just a warning: This will stain everything! I started using the same cup every night for my turmeric tea. Every night after I finish my tea I have to scrub the cup and spoon because they'll be orange, even after scrubbing they're still a little orange, so I just wash and reuse my designated turmeric cup and spoon every day As for my stomach, I have noticed less stomach cramps, not by much though (I've been drinking it daily, sometimes twice a day, for 2 weeks at the moment) Another benefit I've noticed is I'm sleeping better. I just made my first cup after reading all of the reviews! The flavor was so nice, it’s bedtime and I’m looking forward to a good nights sleep! I’m happy and excited to add this to my bedtime routine! Oh and 1 teaspoon to about 1 cup of milk I heated them Together in the microwave and used my frother to blend! Really Lovey!

I bought this stuff solely to help my sinuses...chronic rhinosinusitis due to an immune deficiency illness for which I receive human antibodies each month (IVIG) since my body no longer makes them naturally. Most people who have this condition have sinus problems, and mine have been awful for the last 4 years. It's best that I avoid antibiotics, and fortunately I rarely reach the infection stage, just annoying inflammation, persistent gunk buildup alleviated by 4x daily sinus rinsing. I've had two sinus surgeries in 2 1/2 years to help drainage, and for the most part have had no decent sense of smell for these 4 years. I had read a couple of medical journal articles on the use of turmeric/curcumin in the treatment of inflamed sinuses, and with an OK by my primary care doc, I searched for some help (normal OTC sinus stuff doesn't work) with turmeric and found this stuff. It truly has been a life-saver for me. On the same day it was delivered, I made an unsweetened almond milk drink heated in the microwave as other reviewers have done, and it's been almost 4 weeks of having an afternoon cup of this golden milk powder. The change has been beyond anything I could have imagined. Within two days I could feel deep-seated gunk (for lack of a better word!) breaking up, and my sinuses have markedly improved daily, and I can breathe again through my nose! I have a sense of smell again. I'm elated I can smell the dogs' canned food when I feed my dogs! I can smell sample items cooking in the grocery store! It's been that good. On a side note, I had a more normal blood pressure reading a week ago as well. On a social level, since I was also coughing up post-nasal drip all my waking hours, it was a bummer socially...movies, activities, etc. Things are a lot quieter now. If there are sinusitis sufferers looking for something to help, please give this stuff a try. Check with your doc though!

This is the real thing, gives you a true Golden Milk. One jar lasts me almost a year. I can't say enough good things about it.

I got this for my daughter mostly for the fact there’s no ashwagandha. I don’t know why almost all golden milks put ashwagandha in them. It has nothing to do with the original golden milk. Anyways she says it’s the best tasting golden milk she’s had. And it make her sleep like she’s in a coma! She can finally get some good sleep!
