Bought for MMA and BJJ training. 6’, 190. Wear 32 in pants. Bought large in shirt and medium in shorts, and was a perfect fit. Rash guard sleeve length is more old school, covers the biceps style, not the more current shoulder only muscle shirt type. Fits great though, good length, good thickness, stitching looks good and has a nice athletic look without being too much. Shorts fit great. Love the length being above (but not too high) above knee. Feels every bit as good as my more expensive shorts. Will update in a few months of rolling, but I can’t see these not being winners. For the price they seem unbeatable.. just wish they made more colors!

Really great shirt for the price. It fits well and appears to be well built after rolling with it for a couple weeks. Works great under a Gi and for No Gi training

Great short sleeve rash guard for Bjj. The mesh side panels are nice. The sleeves seem a little long but that’s probably because I’m a petite female. Overall definitely a great product for the price! Seems to run true to size as well.

I do lot of band exercises, and usually my biceps get scratched, and I was searching for a gear that can protects me. When I wore this for the first time, it did not look good, but once I started doing workout, the gear is of a tough material, so I did not get scratches. Also the value for money is good. Overall I recommend this.

I really liked the cut of it. Some rash guards are cut a little short and when you invert u can feel it ride up a little. This one had a little extra length and made me feel more comfortable. I’d like to see more color options but I’m very happy with it.

Great value for the price. The "stretch" is a little bit more firm, making it a little tighter getting it off after an exhausting roll. I have worn to multiple classes (primarily under my gi) and it has endured the white belt rigors extremely well. The stitching is slightly fraying on the back of the neck, but this is currently my go-to rash guard.

Many reviews stated this shirts runs small based on manufacturer sizing chart. I ordered XXL which fit me perfectly 👌 I’m 5-10, 218, 46 chest & decently muscular. Order 2 sizes up from what you’re used to.

This is the second rash guard I’ve bought from Hawk. I use them for classes and rolling and they are awesome. The price point is amazing and I recommend them for the quality.

I have a big belly and it fits well just stretched it over my rolls and keeps my shape better under my dickies short sleeve. Breathable armpits ++

Really like these compression shirt. I bought them for no-gi BJJ and they hold up well. Cannot beat the price either!

Got this as a gift for my brother and he says it’s perfect for BJJ. Fits him well and is very comfortable. (Got him the large)

I normally wear a 2xl in regular shirts, 3xl fits me perfect in these. They stay in place for an hour of rolling as well.
