This is great. I wish I could find a file folder paper holder that is vertical and a calendar of 5-7 columns with 5-7 rows for my work wall, but this is the best I could find to suit my needs. I use it every day and it is good quality. My only negative comment about this product is that the hanging “hooks” make no sense. They are made with “v”s on one side and big squares to hang over a door on the other. The v’s don’t stay on the organizer so I needed to volley them backward and forward and use pliers to tighten them so they stay on the organizer. I also don’t understand what door they would or could hang on since doors are like 36” wide and this is much wider than a door. I don’t think a curtain rod would be strong enough. I am using a photo backdrop stand to hold this up as a sort of cubicle in my den, in front of my desk. It’s holding fine with my alterations to the hook thingees. My recommendation would be to make the v parts into squared off like the other side of the hooks. Then the unit could hold itself sturdy, staying inside the grommets. If the seller makes these, I’d love to request making a totally clear plastic calendar similar to this that can hold 8.5x11 papers for each day of the week throughout the whole month. I’d order it immediately! Think of it like the XL shoe organizers with thinner pockets to hold paper, but also like a calendar. 7 columns x7 rows would be perfect. I think teachers and office workers and managers would all buy it because it’s got spaces for each day and it’s clear to see the pages inside the pockets. It could be used in rec centers as a calendar as I’ve created one for that before with a white board as well. Insert flyers or agendas or to do lists. Everyone needs a really beefy pocket calendar!!! I already wrote your ad copy :) That’ll be $200 lol

I use this in my classroom to lay out our activities for the day. (Lower elementary special day class. There are LOTS of moving parts!) The pockets are roomy and spaced a good amount apart so that I can grab the right items in the right order easily. Whew! (I have it stapled to my wall and it is holding up nicely) It appears to be well made and I look forward to staying organized this year

This is exactly what I was looking for. I prefer to not hang over the door so kids can reach it easier. I used command hooks and it did the job. Quality is good. The fabric feels like it will last a long time. Appearance is just as pictured.

I was immediately surprised when I opened the package; the material is very thick and durable and it seems well stitched. When ordering, I was worried my students would be rough on it and destroy it. That fear is gone. I have a hexagon shaped classroom with 4 doors, so my options for storing completed class work are very limited. The 20 pocket storage option fits nicely on the back of a door and, when hung low with command hooks, all of the students can reach. The pockets are not super deep (about half the paper sticks out the top), it is definitely made to use with folders. I opted to fold giant sheets of construction paper to use as folders to hold everything in nicely. So far so good! I definitely recommend this to any other teacher that need some extra classroom storage!!

i’m a daycare teacher, my co-teacher and i needed something to use for displaying the kids art projects when we were finished with them. it’s very durable, it hangs up well, the kids even play behind it and try to tug it down and it doesn’t budge. i wish there were more variety of colors and that it could come with plastic folders, but i’ll take what i can get.

I love this! We had stacks of mail sitting beneath our TV, but ever since we started babysiting, the baby kept throwing the mail all over the place. This organizer is great to keep the mail out of reach of the baby, as well as assigning a pocket to each individual person's mail.

I could easily fit 5 files in each pocket but 1-3 is perfect for my needs. I accidentally bought a 20-pocket one at first and it was WAY too big. The hooks it comes with make zero sense and are worthless imo (unless maybe you're hanging it over a door). I used zip-ties because I'm hanging it in a tight spot (I had to loosen the desk, put the zip-tie and the folder, and re-tighten it). For hanging on a rod or pole, shower curtain rings would also work. This is perfect for me because I can reach it from my desk without getting up, stretching over anything, etc. I love it!

Company: I didn't receive all of the parts in my original package from Amazon. Contacted the company, they shipped out a whole new one right away. Very responsive and easy to work with! Product: Just as described. Will work great for separating the daily paperwork we have to work with each week. Good size pockets and deep enough, I don't have to worry about the paper falling out. Points for being able to hang it on a door to avoid more holes in the wall and for saving room compared to other filing methods.

It pays to read the reviews of other people. And it pays to not jump at the first item. Knowing Amazon they have plenty of similar items and the quality varies as well. These are just what I was looking for. I also bought the "Smead" brand of colored file folders since they are plastic not cardboard. I will not be overloading these 10 slots which will fit on a door to keep track of auto paperwork and be the first place to go to in order to see what I need and also keep a record of parts purchased like battery tires, brake pads, and wires, plugs, etc and also "where" I purchased the "parts" NAPA, Walmart, Adv Auto, AutoZone or a dealer. At last a way to keep records and guarantees out in the open, and not stuffed in a file drawer. I only wish I had an item like this years earlier. I can see other uses as well. Kitchen appliances, mowing equipment, snow throwers, heating equipment, washer, dryer. Last time you needed service or had to buy parts and where you bought them. Computer equipment, etc. Overall I am most satisfied with these and will be able to "Cull" paperwork I no longer need so they are not overloaded.

At work I have a very small space to work with. I was able to use this for my staff and also to hold other important things until I can get to them. It's sturdy and made well also. I recommend it. I bought floral folders as well and really made it unique.

Pros: This organizer is well made and suits my needs perfectly (with a couple of slight adjustments)! I no longer have to shuffle through a stack of catalogs to find the one I want. Cons: The overdoor hooks are way too flimsy. If what you are storing has any weight at all it causes the top part of the hook that goes over the door to bend up, causing an obstruction when closing the door. Also the organizer puckers in between the hooks. Adjustments: I had my handyman screw the organizer to the back of my door with 4 screws, 2 at the top & 2 at the bottom. As you can see in the photo, the organizers height would interfere with the doorknob, so I just folded back the bottom right corner of the organizer for door knob clearance. I lost a bit of storage width in that bottom right pocket, but I can live with that. I may have my handyman add another screw or two at the top, I'll wait and see. I recommend this organizer and at the price I paid, I think that it was a good value.

I'm a librarian, and I've been on the search for something that could display papers but not be in the way, and this has worked out perfectly. I tacked it to a wall, and I use it for displaying coloring pages, activity sheets, and flyers from local companies and organizations. The material is sturdy, and my patrons seem to love it. Would recommend to everyone.

These are great for those of us who are visual organizers that need better organization with easier access than digging thru a stack of papers or folders. The material and workmanship are better than I expected. The individual pockets can even hold a good size folder full of paper or books or magazines... carious items! I anticipate these will be doing their job for quite some time. The grommets at the top and included hooks allowed for easy over the door hanging or can hang on peg board or with wall hooks. Sturdy enough for heavier loading than I'll need. I highly recommend these. I was not given any product in exchange for my honest personal review as an artist and teacher. Great tool for me.

I had my doubts about the quality and size of this wall filing system but I’m very impressed by both. Why they send equipment to hang on the back of a door kinda boggles my mind, however, it can be hung nicely using large screws to hang it on the wall. (It’s far too wide to hang from the back of any door)

I liked that I could put folder for each vendor we order from for all pkg. slips, statements, receipts, and payment information. This has helped me to stay organized. It has help cut down on lost or unfiled items. I just sort as I open mail and review each vendor with activity each week. It also has helped me to eliminate late fees for missed payments. I always have all the info at my fingertips when calling regarding and discrepancies too. I couldn't operate without it now!

I was waiting with baited breath for this to arrive, so I could organize my work and clear up my cluttered desk so I could be more efficient. Well, I wasn't disappointed! Within minutes I had it up on the wall...the grommets are nice and solid and the material is thick and well-stitched, and a few more minutes later I had all my tasks organized and in different pockets where I can easily see them, organize in the order I want to tackle them, and grab them when needed. LOVE a great product like this! The only drawback is that it has a strong smell and I was getting a headache after 1/2 hour of being shut in my office with it, but I'm sure that airing it out for a few days will kill the smell, and it will be well worth it!

I am going to love these pocket folders. I am in the process of redoing my craft room and was looking for something to hold my 12 x 12 papers. These pockets are perfect for seeing at a glance what you are looking for. I love that I can hang them in the inside of my closet where they are out of sight when I don't need them. The actual pocket opening is 13 inches wide and 6 1/2 inches deep so your paper will stick up out of the pocket. I loaded the pockets with paper and they did not fold out or over which would have been a deal breaker for me. I am looking forward to actually getting organized and sorting my papers. ** love this paper organizer. I have mine pretty loaded and no signs of stress on the seams

As several reviews mention, this product doesn't include information or materials for the nametag slots. The slots are approximately 1 inch high by 4.75 inches wide. I made cells with those dimensions in Excel with borders for easy cutting. I used Arial Black font at size 48 and printed on white cardstock. Pros: Price is great, shipping is fast, and the product looks exactly as expected. I needed something to hold training plans for employees and this perfectly holds a standard sized report cover turned on its side. Cons: No included nametags or template (wasn't a big deal). The bottom seam does have any weights in it so it doesn't lay flat. Again not a big deal, I'll put sticky tack or command strips at the bottom corners. Highly recommended, would buy again.

The hangers are of good quality. I usually have on average several hundred pages hanging in the pockets at any given time and the hangers have not given out yet. The pages are held in snug so the pockets aren't stretched out. This is a well made product.

I love the Pocket Chart organizer. One of the door hanging brackets broke so I ended up attaching this to my wall in my classroom (drilled in). I ordered a smaller one too but the 20 pockets was more than enough for what I needed.
