This is awsome! Takes training to a whole new level. Very well made. Use pool noodles for legs and arms and frame. Duck tape the pool noodles together and wrap with old clothes and for the head cut a pool noodle into 4s like 6 inch each tape together put into head area and then stuff cotton around the 4. There is a YouTube video for the pool noodles arms and legs part that some guy made. This needs way better and more advertising. Who knew? Totally worth the money and a good place for all your old blankets and clothes being put to good use. Once stuffed it actually has a good training weight depending on the clothes and how much you use and it is tall as well. Also cut like a 12 inch piece of pool noodle wrap in clothes and tape up and make hips to hook your legs around. Amazing!!! Take your time and build his insides correctly and you will have a perfect training dummy.

This dummy is actually quite sturdy and doesn't rip at all. I'm 6'3 218lbs and I have been using it for a couple of months now and it's still in perfect condition... At this price it will be hard to get something better! Five ⭐ for sure!

For the money it's awesome, yes the arms are short but they still work fine for armbars.This would be great for training jiu jitsu, wrestling, ground and pound, and for a kid to play with.

It was a workout stuffing this thing but looks good and is holding up so far. A trick to make it extra heavy is to wrap weights or water bottles filled with water in towels. My whole linen closet is in this thing so be ready to use a lot of fabric or stuffing. Obviously this does not replace grappling with a real person but in these pandemic times, it will have to do. Face is a little creepy, might cover it with fabric, haha.

I bought this for my 5 year old Grandson. He is a big fan wrestling. You will have to spend some careful time stuffing this guy to have him come out proper. I used an old bed comforter and cut it in strips. Took pool noodles (dollar tree) and cut them in half to sturdy the legs and arms. Heavy duty material and a great buy.

Bought this for my sons to relieve some pressure when they get frustrated with their video games…instead of yelling or throwing their controllers they do their wrestling moves on this “guy”! No more controllers being thrown to the floor or shouting at the TV so I’m happy. This dummy is actually meant for practicing MMA or wrestling moves on so it’s life size at 6ft! You can use poly fill to stuff it up to 75lbs, possibly even heavier. We used a bunch of old quilts instead for stuffing and it did the trick. This dummy is super sturdy being stitched together well and also good price in comparison to other like items out there.

Like workout of course, But I also put it in my son's bed before he get home from school, from time to time, he gets upset, because it so Heavy, he gets mad because it is a workout just to pick it up, That is so funny to me, to see him work that out,Lol

I used a bed comforter and towels to fill this dummy up. It takes finesse but as you start packing it in you’ll find it gets the job done. This is perfect for teaching my son the basics with less risk of injury. I found this dummy to be my Goldilocks compared to using my punching bag or buying an inflatable bag. I wish it came with handles or loops along the back or shoulders to help carry it but I don’t mind holding it up since it isn’t all that heavy.

At first I felt like I was going the cheaper route by getting an empty dummy, but he was happy to fill it how he wants. He just watched a few YouTube videos and third time had it just how he wants. He practices BJJ and this is perfect for when he sporadically wants to try a move or two at home. He even put an extra Gi on it.

My son wrestles with this every day for three months on the trampoline. It is really saved his dad and I from having to wrestle, this is the best gift I have given him ever!! I stuffed it with pool noodles an old pillow and I’ll close our standard had holes in it so it was just stuff we found around the house. Can I give it 10 stars? I would if I could!

Great dummy to practice on when I don’t have any students available to “abuse.” The pillowcase takes plenty of poly-fil, and I already used 5lbs to mostly fill Mr. Bones. I’m thinking another 5lbs of poly-fil would be perfect to make him firm throughout the entire pillow case, so 10lbs total is needed. In the picture, he’s really soft in the midsection and shoulders with only 5lbs of poly-fil.

I've had a few different grappling dummies since COVID shut down gyms, mostly ones I made from a gi jacket and towels or ones I borrowed from friends. Then I got Mr Bones and stuffed him full of old clothes and blankets and by far this is the best dummy and at such a great price!!! Plus I got to clean out my closet a bit!!

I first bought the kids dummy for my son and when it showed up I was very impressed. I then immediately bought this one for myself. Very happy with it and put my order in just in time, they sold out shortly after. I recommend you buy this dummy and not think twice, they can sell out very quickly.

I use it in my online Dumog Baston Filipino martial arts class. Due to social distancing I have to practice alone and this is a great substitute. The arms and legs are a little short for FMA but it is better than nothing. The price was good so I didn’t have to make my own.

I got mine when it was $25 and it was the best purchase i made, works as intended, stitching not the greatest but for the price you can`t beat it, i put an old GI on so that it will help protect it, i stuffed it with old sheets and throw pillows i had. works great

For 20 bucks it will solve your basics needs for a grappling dummy. Arms are a little short but putting the gi on makes it workable. Good weight once filled. My roommates also love it as tool for practical jokes. It is a little creepy if you leave it sitting in the same room as you. 💀

Purchased as a "Santa gift" for our son. While stuffing it the night before Christmas we came across a tear with white tape over it. Easy fix, but not what I wanted to be doing at 11pm. Other than that, my son loves it. Used old blankets and rags to stuff it.

Bought this dummy for my kids to practice jujutsu at home. The design is nice and the price is great. We had a small inconvenience with the zipper that broke. We contacted the seller and they were extremely helpful and gave us a replacement immediately. We are very happy with the purchase.

A 20 dollar grappling dummy?!?! This thing is awesome. Arms are a little short and its def not 6ft tall but who cares, IT WAS 20 DOLLARS. Perfect for knee to belly drills or teaching my kids arm bars. Easy to stuff, great training tool.

This was bought during quarantine, and really came in handy when my son's Jiu-Jitsu classes were online. His school eventually asked them to bring their own dummy, and his helped him tremendously. Everyone liked his!!

Its a very good dummy especially given the price. I actually filled it up primarily with sand and have been using it for drags and power lifts.
