These have been a lifesaver for me. I have nerve damage in my wrists and this has helped me so much on being able to pull heavier in the gym. The ankle straps are very well made and sturdy. I like having my own items for certain workouts in the gym and these fit the bill!

The gym I currently go to has really old/worn out ankle straps and I wanted to buy some to keep with me in my gym bag. Anything is an upgrade from my gyms ankle straps, but these feel very durable and are comfortable around the ankle. I always wear long socks with my vans on leg/glute days, so that adds a little extra comfort when using these. I've been using them for about a month now and can't say that I have any complaints. You also can't beat the price of these for the PAIR! Definitely a good buy. Now may the booty get fatter and the belly become flatter, amen.

These cuffs are very well made. I’ve had them for several months now and they’ve been great on all levels. They’re comfortable to use, the Velcro holds very well, and the design overall makes it super easy and safe to use.

These are good for ankle or wrist and firm. I would say definitely heavy duty and will allow for maximum weight without destroying your hands or wrists

These cuffs are great to bring with you to the gym. Instead of using the sweaty nasty ones the gym has (if they even have them) use your own. The gym I belong to have two set of cuffs; one with a thick furry style liner that just absorbs everyone's sweat and doesn't tighten on the ankle and the other is a thin cuff with small "D" rings and small straps that might break at any time (Very flimsy and cheap). These are easy to use and comfortable when using them. They seem heavy duty, have large "D" rings, and a large strap with lots of hook and loop (velcro).

I’ve gone through so many other ankle straps! I do glutes like 4X per week and I’m a heavy lifter. Other brands would snap open and it would be so embarrassing that my straps broke and made a loud noise, also was scared I broke the machine. But with THESE Omggg I never doubt that no matter how heavy I go I’ll be fine! I’ve had them over a year and I can say that these are it. I’ve gone as heavy as 100lbs on glute kick backs and no problem what so ever. Highly recommend!

I don't think these are anything amazing, but they're comfortable, stay on my ankle, and allow for smooth cable movements. If you want something super high quality and luxurious, these probably aren't for you. If you just want to get the job done, these are great. I've had mine for a few months (used most weeks once or twice a week) and haven't noticed any wear or tear yet. For the price, they're a great deal and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get started with ankle cuff movements.

I was nervous to purchase these but after looking at the reviews with pictures, I made purchase. Today was my first time using them and it is way more supportive and stable than the equipment that is currently at my gym. I would recommend these as they are very secure.

I bought these for my use at the gym and have been using them for some time now. They are quite nice to put on my ankles, exercise as desired and remove when finished. They are durable and comfortable around the ankles as I clip, exercise, and unclip the cable weights at the gym. In fact, I've had individuals note these and ask where I bought them. I suggest they copy down the name and model numbers to buy them for themselves.

They are very durable and it stays put while working out on the cable machine. Hopefully the Velcro will stay strong for a long time. I’ve only been using it for about a month. Love the double D rings! It helps it to stay put when lifting heavy weight. Easy to use and I had no issue figuring out how to put them on. Wish it came with a storage bag.

These ankle straps are sent from heaven. The padding on them is so nice and it doesn't rub your ankles raw as you lift. Even using heavy weights I was never worried about them coming loose, sturdy product and when I did have a minor issue with stitching the company sent me out two new ankle straps ASAP. I would highly recommend these to anyone along with the rest of their product line. They have a customer for life with me!

I have had many people as where I get these. easy to put on and never ever slip even when doing heavier weights. A must have, especially when I travel and go to a new gym that doesn't have as many options like these available.

These are my first set of ankle straps and I love them. You have to break them in so that they fold more easily around your ankle. But they're great.

These are fabulous. They don’t ‘slip’ as you use them either. I cable a good amount of weight with these too!

They work great for kick backs or donkey kicks on the cable machine in the gym. Very lightweight and sturdy , feels okay around my ankle , doesn't hurt or scratch .

This is a well built minimalist product. Well built and seems to be very durable. I use them with my pully system when I do my leg exercises on leg day. Easy to put on and remove. Highly recommended.

The ankle straps: + Are delivered quickly + Arrive in a flat case that is a nice extra. + Easily flexes around and conforms to the ankles like any other straps. + Have extra padding for comfort. + Are wider (taller) than most cuffs. + Reduces friction if properly tightened around ankles. + Are strong and durable. + Do not bunch or cause ankle abrasions. What's not to like?
