*First impressions* Presentation was excellent, the little zipper bag was easy to open and the ribbon around the bag was cute :) As everyone else has said don't be worried when you see the box and it's size, they vacuum packed it like crazy and it will IMMEDIATELY poof up once it's out of the bag. Package came quick, easy to open, professionally presented. *Perception of quality, softness, weight, etc* The quality is what I would expect from a $300 comforter. Nice stitching, soft material (without feeling cheap or flimsy) and great detail with the little loops which are not only on every corner but in the middle as well. The loops only show or pop out when you need them otherwise they lay flat on the fabric. The weight is heavy but light at the same time. Don't ask me how this is, I can't explain it! Light enough to not be suffocating but definitely warm enough to make it very hard to want to get up in the morning. *Experience* After sleeping with it for two nights now (first with a duvet cover and then without) I couldn't be more impressed. This thing is so soft and puffy it's really like being under a cloud. I recommend forgoing the duvet cover though because you don't get to feel the softness of the comforter and for me personally, it was a little too warm. The second night I slept on it without the duvet cover and it was unbelievably soft and cozy. The single most comfortable thing I have ever slept under. Coupled with my memory foam mattress I felt like a queen! *Overall* Soft, inexpensive, warm, fluffy, quality, AWESOME!!! This is worth every penny I spent and I refuse to ever spent hundreds of dollars on another comforter again.

Lots of reviews mentioned this being a light weight blanket. That told me next to nothing. Do I need blankets in addition to this? Is it the opposite of a weighted blanket? Will it blow away in a strong breeze?? So. Here’s a bit more context to it being light weight. We keep our bedroom at about 66-62 degrees through the night. The first few weeks it’s been typical New England outside ranging between 68-32 degrees. I’m the type of person that can be sweltering and just a sheet doesn’t feel covered enough. If it’s cold enough in the winter I’ll often border claustrophobia piling on the blankets. This had enough weight to it to be comfortable without being too heavy or too light, Goldilocks would be pleased. We haven't had to add extra blankets nor sticking feet out to cool off. Size wise, could be wider, see not about the length fellas. (Had to). It tucked in at the foot of the bed but just barely made it over the sides, maybe four inches if I’m being generous. Yes I could have measured before hand but that just didn’t transpire. I’d like to take a side bar to mention packaging. It came in a box within the amazon box. Then a bag within a bag. The first bag made mention of basically be careful cutting open the bag so as not to cut the blanket. What was actually clever though was they included a letter opener tool that easily opened the two bags and had their logo and will absolutely live in our drawer to open mail so kudos for that simple extra thought. Back to the blanket. We washed it upon receipt, before putting it on the bed and it held up fine and fluffed right up. It’s not quite as puffy as a traditional down blanket but no geese were harmed for this blanket so fair trade. The fabric is hard to describe but is nice and soft. The length does add to its coziness as their was plenty to snuggle in at the top. I would buy this blanket again without question.

I admit skepticism when I purchased this quilted comforter on a lightning deal for $20. I mean, how good could it be? I couldn't replace the two pillows on the bed for that price, let alone throw a comforter over it. And yet, I made the purchase. I'm now admitting I was completely wrong and this comforter is nothing short of amazing. It arrived almost flat in its plastic sleeve but once opened, it puffs up to be quite thick and attractive. There is no down involved, but you will swear there is as the panels feel fluffy and soft. And the first night I slept with it provided a sound comfortable sleep that for me is quite unusual. It kept me warm, but not too warm. The color is a bright white and looks attractive when the bed is made and provides just the right amount of weight and warmth when you're under it. I was also surprised by what seems to be fine quality assembly, not a thread threatening to unravel or loose anywhere. The panels are stitched together well to provide, what I suspect, is a long term quality comforter. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this to get through the Chicago winters. I have a lightweight summer comforter and a super heavy down comforter and I wanted something that I was not going to be chilled under when it dips below 40 degrees and at the same time something I'm not waking up drenched from sweating to death under when my bedroom is heated to the low 60s overnight. This turned out to be perfect. Not too hot, not too cold. It has a lighter feel than the down, I like a little weight on my shoulders as I fall asleep. This does the job, but it is a little lighter than I'd like to have for that winter feel. I've always planned to use a duvet with this. White the color was not important to me, however, the blue/white combo is just as pictured. It fits nicely in my 90x90 duvet, the loops seem strong enough to hold the duvet ties, and having 6 of them is a nice touch. I didn't pay too close attention to the stitching, it is mostly single-stitched and seems like it should hold up... still I'm glad I'm putting it under the duvet to protect it. Of course, it fits my queen size bed, no problem. The thing I love about my down comforter is how fluffy it can be. This comforter ships vacuum sealed and unpacks to be just as flat as my summer comforter. After a run through the laundry, it puffed up nicely and is perfect to be under. My biggest complaint about how it is sold is that I don't have a bag to store this in over the summer. I'm sure I can find something, but that's one more thing to add to my to-do list. I've been searching for a new comforter on & off for over a year, to replace a twin size that we use on our queen sized bed. I get cold, my husband is like a furnace, so the fit on several levels has to be just right. This one fills the bill. The first thing I noticed is how soft it is, I love to handle it. It is not like a smooth cotton but a feeling of softness that makes one want to snuggle up inside it. I don't know how to describe the feel of the material but it's very welcoming & if one just wants a nap, this would be comforting & cozy. I've never felt a comforter or other bedding with this feel to it. The size is perfect. Too many twin comforters are like 62 or perhaps up to 65 inches wide, which is way too small for use. This one is the much-wanted 68" wide so it's clearly long enough (86") to keep feet warm and wide enough to cover my husband if he wishes but not so big ( a queen size is way too big) that it's a pain to deal with every night. This comforter is not going to slip off the bed as well, when he pushes the covers to my side. This seems that it hugs the blanket underneath. It seems a very pure product - being chemically sensitive, I can say - this is high quality polyester and is very safe to be near. I'm more pleased than I thought I would be. I'm not just pleased, I'm really happy I bought this over the other one or 2 under consideration. This one is the right choice.

Per Tik Tok, in order to have a fully and puffy duvet, it’s better to order two inserts. So, I ordered two of this inserts. This product arrived timely and packaged relatively well. I was able to successfully add two of the inserts into my duvet from Zgallerie. These inserts can be used all seasons. During winter, I was so warm, I barely had to turn on my heat when in bed. I was happy as it saved my electric bill slightly. These duvets are so soft and puffyand can be simply used as a comforter. There are extremely lightweight.

This thing has kept me warm during the winter but isn't so heavy I get the gross night sweats. (Sorry to be gross) Summer time it can get a little warm though. Looks good and I am impressed with how long its lasted. Pros: Lightweight, warm, no thrills Douvet. Looks clean and cleans well, machine washed it on warm and tumble dried with no issues. Cons: The queen isn't big enough to tuck or do hospital corners. But that's not a negative on the product its a douvet. The navy color is a tad off, a little on the lighter side but not a deal breaker by any means. The color difference isn't big enough for the average person to tell you they see it. Overall: I'm very happy with this purchase and enjoy the cozy, warm and homey feel of this cover during winter. Perfect if your partner is a colder sleeper and you are a warmer sleeper. Keep warm in but not too much. Hope this helps!

For how afforafble this is I would say that it is OUTSTANDING. However, even if it is very affordable, it feels like a down alternative comforter worth hundreds more. It came VERY nicely packaged (always at least a star for me because presentation does matter) But even if it hadn't come packaged so nice I would still rate it this high. It's perfect for me, & I can't see how anyone wouldn't want a comforter as COMFORTable as this one is. It's super plush and soft but very well made. I looked around for probably a few hours going back and forth really trying to figure out what would be best and I chose this one, I'm also very happy I did. As soon as I got it I immediately washed it, cold water. It came out of the dryer softer than before. You could leave it alone and use it as what it is, or you could put a duvet cover on it as I did. I will most likely switch but if you get a nice soft duvet cover you're protecting the comforter from everyday wear and that's what I thought best. This comforter is one of the best that I've bought in many years, you definitely won't regret buying it; well maybe sort of because you'll find it a tiny bit harder to leave your cozy spot in the mornings. Well worth every penny absolutely one of my favorite things now, trust me I'm an Amazon-addict and like to give people (like myself) who trust these reviews my honest opinion. Not a bad thing to say, would buy again!

I've had this product in my cue for a long time. I finally made the purchase and used it last night. It was about 70 degrees here in NYC, and I slept with the windows open and a fan on. I'm the type of person who gets cold easy, but my boyfriend is usually warmer. (He makes fun of me for putting a blanket on in the Summer :P). I was very comfortable, and he eventually put the blanket on. This comforter was so soft and fluffy!!! I would wake up and feel it, and would fall asleep feeling so happy. The reviews said it was soft and fluffy, but I was still skeptical because of the pictures. I was wondering if it would be a little shinny, as one picture seemed to look like it might (the all white version). It's not shinny, but not flat, either. It's lightweight, meaning, it's not heavy on the body. It's also means that it's warm, yet breathable, so it's light for warmer weather. I am going to need a King sized version soon. I had bamboo (viscos) versions that I was looking at in my cue, and instead, I'm going to buy this version again! I'm so happy! Great purchase! Blessings!

All I say is WOW! I never write reviews but I just HAD to for this comforter! OMG it is such a comfort to sleep with every night. I bought it a month ago - end of July and have been is g it ever since. I sleep with nothing on under it and I sleep like baby. Although I am a 41 ear old guy lol. I have never washed it yet ...have owned it almost or right at a month. Very soft - warm but not a "HOT" warm. I got it in white and it is a true white. Not a brie or anything like that. There was no material "Scent" to it or anything like that either. Came in a nice bag and when taken out of the bag had a nice ribbon that kept it tied - filed together. No marks or blemishes on it either. This thing is perfect nd I need to buy another just to have it lol. I o not even use sheets with this comforter as I do not want to feel "sheet" material blocking me from this so so so affordable luxurious comforter. Buy this - you will not be disappointed! Hope when I wash it sometime soon I can keep the same opinion. So with taking a chance on, you will be so glad that you did.

I have been wanting to change up our bedding for a while and being sick and tired of sheets, thermal blankets and comforters, decided to go the duvet route. I didn't know how I would like a "European" style bed with no top sheet but I have to say that I love it! I love not getting tangled up in blankets and how quickly I can make the bed back up in the morning. This duvet is so soft and puffy, washed easily in my front loader and came out good as new after drying on the extra-low setting. I love the little loops on each corner so I could tie it into our duvet cover and I love how warm and cozy it is. It is late fall, approaching winter for us and I usually have to sleep in layers of clothing, but I have been sleeping in pj shorts and a tank top! Plus, my husband who usually gets too hot has been sleeping comfortably too. We will have to see if it's too warm when summer comes, but then usually the air conditioning is cranked so high it may be okay. Overall, super impressed with the quality and comfort of this duvet. I will probably order another one for our son in the near future.

I bought this comforter for a queen sized bed while trying to stage my home for sale. I had no idea how life-changing this would be. This love affair was such a shock! It was so comfortable & beautiful. And here I only bought it as an inexpensive was to neutralize my room. So, I bought another and another. I have pictures shown: A queen sized comforter on a king sized bed (I didn't want any to hang over the bed), a full sized blanket in a full sized bed (pink top comforter) and a queen on queen (green/brown comforter). Besides its beauty, it feels like heavenly clouds... I'm hardly exaggerating. I had a front loader and a top loader and they washed well in either. My front loader was small and it fit. My top loader is large and I can fit a few other items. It was compressed to ship so it was fun to watch expand as it opened. Hey, it's the small things in life! I had it as a comforter in the hot summers of Florida and it never over-heated me. Now I have it in the cooler fall temps in Georgia. It adds an extra layer of warmth. I don't think you could be disappointed with this purchase.

I was looking for a new blanket to replace my older outdated loved all too well blanket. I'm a classic 'always cold' person so I need something to keep me pretty warm. I was reading other reviews on this product and many people mentioned it's lightweight AND warm. How is this possible? Sounds gimmick'y. I'm always a skeptic. But the price lured me in so hey, I gave it a try. The hype was real. My first night of sleep was so 'different'. This blanket was indeed lightweight yet comfortably oddly perfect temperature underneath. Like a cloud..but a warm perfect temperature one. Great blanket..I ended up buying one for my daughter too. Great buy!

This is a very soft and lightweight comforter that’s reversible to sky blue or white. The sky blue side is really a pretty blue, but not too girly. I put it in my small bedroom that has a twin trundle bed for guests, and decorated the room with several hues of blues, light gray, navy and white. The comforter looks great as is in white or sky blue, but I purchased it to also serve as a duvet insert to fit in a duvet cover designed with a gray, blue, and white pattern. Either way, this comforter is extremely comfy and makes the bed look airy and lovely.

I recently developed an allergy to feathers, so I had to replace my beloved down comforter. Unfortunately down is irreplaceable, but I was hoping this comforter would suffice. First off, it came vacuum packed, snowy white with no stains, bugs or anything like that. I guess it's as comfortable as a non-down comforter can be, but I've been spoiled by down, so don't mind me. It does retain heat and makes me hotter than my down ever did, I find myself alternating between throwing it off of me after it gets hot, then pulling it back on when I get cold again. The fabric is soft, smooth, and cuddly; and as I said, snowy white, it's putting my old white sheets to shame. It's fluffy and looks great on my bed! I have a queen mattress, but got a King size comforter to give it a more luxurious look. I love the look! I do like the comforter, I'm sure it's as good as any other down alternative... It's just nowhere near the comfort level of a down comforter.

This comforter is perfect. I have never ordered bedding online before so I was a bit skeptical, but the reviews do not lie. This is the softest, most comfortable, and most breathable comforter I have ever owned. I tend to be a hot sleeper, so I like a blanket that won’t make me feel suffocated, and this one does just that. However breathable it is, it does provide an adequate amount of warmth and is perfectly suitable for winter months as well in my opinion. I love that the stitching divides the filling to prevent it from settling in certain areas. My previous microfiber comforter didn’t have that. So far I have had this comforter for 2 nights, and subsequently I have started having vivid deep dreams again. I believe this to be a result of the better sleep I am now having, as crazy as that sounds. I have not yet washed the comforter, so I do not know if it will maintain its quality post-wash, but I will be sure to update my review after I wash it.

I ordered this item several months ago adjust now got it out to use since we were in the middle of moving. It is packaged in an air tight package so it looks small, but once you break the seal and take it out, it is as expected in terms of size. We've only had it on our bed a couple weeks, but it is lovely. It just fits our queen bed and would fit a full more generously, but it works. Right now we are using it without a cover, so it's nice white fabric just looks clean and peaceful. I am concerned about keeping it looking that way since we are a big, active family, but I plan to keep it like this for now. If I find some perfect duvet cover, I may switch to having it covered, but I do love the "vibe" it gives as-is. I did not wash before use, so I can't comment on ease of cleaning.

I was searching for a good one for cold NY winters. This comforter fits the bill. It has good heft, while not being bulky. It retains adequate body heat, to keep you warm during the night. I have a queen size bed, and the comforter does not have the excess overhang as depicted in the photo in the item description. It does provide ample coverage, though. Packaged very well, vacuum packed and sealed, with a nice ribbon around it. Not a single bad thing to say about this product, or the seller. I am considering purchasing another, for the guest bedroom. I have already given my rave reviews to some friends that intend to purchase this item. (Update March 2018: Purchased another comforter. BEST COMFORTER EVER) Suffice to say, I heartily endorse and recommend this product.

I bought one of these as a cheap second/extra comforter when my much more expensive one was being laundered. I loved it so much, I just bought a second one to replace the expensive one. My old one ripped not long after I bought it, but this one has held up through plenty of washes, as my beagle sleeps at the foot of my bed and sheds like crazy. It actually got softer with each washand dry. I feel a little foolish spending almost triple the price for one comforter when I could've had two of these and saved $30. It stays fairly cool, but keep in mind, it IS a comforter, so it's only going to be so cool. But I love this so much and will buy another should one of mine tear or get damaged. Even my mother bought one after she stayed at my house and slept in my bed. She commented on how cushy it was and ordered one as soon as she got home!

I'll fix the wrinkles later... just wanted to make sure we liked it first! This wasn't too heavy (we are hot sleepers) but kept us warm enough when it got pretty chilly out. It's oversized and fully covers us, which I love! Our last comforter barely hung over the sides and, when one person moved even a little, the other tended to end up without any coverage! Would definitely purchase again if the need arises!

This comforter is amazing!! I love It! One of the best purchases I have made. It is unbelievably comfortable and soft. I used it with a duvet cover, but I think it is nice enough to use on its own as well. It did fit in the duvet cover perfectly. The main thing I am happy about is the weight and thickness. It is lightweight enough to be breathable, but is also thick enough for warmth and comfort. It is one of those rare comforters you find that can easily be used throughout the year and the seasons without feeling hot or cold. It definitely seems like the perfect thickness and the fact thatbit breathes is what allows it not to be too hot. It also is the closest feeling to goosedown I have felt that is not actually goosedown. All in all I love it and even though I got it during the lightning deal I would have spent more on it knowing how happy I am with it now!

I bought 3 twin sizes so far…It truly is soft, light, cozy. My kids love it. I originally bought one for my son. My other 2 kids said this is the perfect blanket and kept asking for their own. Then I bought 2 more. Then I tried it one day… Now I am buying one for my own! Perfectly packaged as it arrived, needed to wash before use due to ‘industrial’ smell. But I have to say, no more night sweats and no more need to accumulate layers of comforters for the ideal temperature! Bonus info : The first one was purchased over 2 years ago. Has been washed several times and dragged around the house by the kids and by the dog…and it still maintains its color , softness.. looks just as it was when it arrived! Awesome comforter!!!

It got really cold this winter. I had a feather comforter I’d purchased through Amazon that over time has become really thin, and even with 2 extra thin blankets on my bed, I was cold. This was less than 24 bucks and purchased think thinking it would be another cheap, thin blanket to add to the others, and because it was not real feathers, I could just throw in the washer and dryer. When I unpacked it is was almost too big to fit in my washer and dryer - way more substantial than I though. It’s also somewhat heavy, which actually worked out wonderfully for me because it feels like an ever so slightly weighted blanket. I’m extremely impressed with this so far. And I’ve been warm at night too.

I originally bought this a few years back when living in Chicago for my mom to use when she visited. Since she was coming over winter, I wanted something that would be warm, but not too heavy, and this did the job beautifully. It feels like sleeping in a cloud, it's so comfortable, and keeps you toasty warm. Sadly I lost mine earlier this year, so bought a replacement a few months ago, and am happily using it again now that winter (in more temperate California) has come. Do note this makes a better winter comforter, as it does tend to retain and reflect back your body heat, so it'll make you sweat over summertime. I have a thinner, lighter duvet I use during the warmer months.

Oh my goodness! Packaged perfectly! Vacuum sealed! Cut hole in package and watch it expand! Weighs 6.5 lbs in package. The softness, the feel, the coolness to the touch. Seriously I have researched mattresses, protectors, pads, frames, sheets, pillow cases...then couldn’t decide if I wanted a comforter or blanket or what. Found this beautiful, white duvet comforter and read reviews. I honestly am so happy with this purchase! It is so soft and has a slight shimmer or perhaps it is my imagination as I am so extremely satisfied. If you choose this duvet comforter, I promise you won’t regret it! Got this comforter for my fiance who desperately needed a new comforter as the old one had stuffing bunched up from multiple washes which left huge gaps for cold air to get through. He was always complaining about being cold at night but since getting this comforter that hasn't been a problem at all. He has almost been too hot some nights! We live in Florida and, while it is "winter", it doesn't get nearly as cold as other states so I think the comforter would be great for really really cold nights elsewhere. He considered returning it for this reason but he doesn't want to part with it because it is so fluffy/snuggly you can't help but want to lay under it. He washed it before use and it held up well and didn't have the bunching up problem of his old comforter.

I initially wanted a BIG fluffy down comforter like in hotels. I was looking for that luxurious hotel feel. Well, I kept coming back to this one because of the reviews and price. I ended up getting it figuring it was cheap enough that if I hated it, I would get the bigger, fluffier one. When it came I was skeptical because it was thinner than I wanted. Turns out, it was a FANTASTIC purchase! It is soft, sooooo comfy and the perfect weight. I have a comforter over it and often roll down the comforter and use just this to cover up with. It kept me warm enough in the winter and is now keeping me cool enough as it starts to warm up outside. I'm so happy with this down alternative and recommend if you're debating to TRY IT!!!

I was looking for a simple comforter, that wasn't too heavy, to go in my duvet cover. This one had good reviews, so I decided to try it. Honestly, I'm really happy with it. It's nothing super fancy - the fabric is fine. Not super silky or soft, but not rough, either - feels a bit brushed. It feels nice against the skin. It is pretty lightweight, but keeps me warm in the cold Iowa winters. I use it in a duvet cover, so I'm glad it isn't too heavy - I rarely overheat. The stitching seems good, and I appreciate that there are loops to tie it into place in the duvet cover. Overall, this is a very good comforter for the price. It's simple and basic, but that's really all most of us need. Keeps me warm without weighing me down. I would repurchase it.

I was looking for a comforter that was lighter than my down comforter, which is way to warm for NJ spring and summer. I was also impressed with the tabs on each corner so you can tie a duvet cover (f you get a duvet with ties) to it which will keep the comforter from shifting. I was not sure after reading other reviews if I should wash it or not. I opted for putting it in the dryer with dryer sheets on delicate cycle and it came out fine. Held up, no rips, and soft. A day after I received it the temp. in NJ shot up to high 80s with humidity. On goes the air conditioner and the comforter proved to be just right for me. So far, so good, it works for me.

I really like this overall. I would rather the blue be a brighter color, as it's often hard, without good light, to tell which side is gray and which is blue. The blue is nothing like the color in the pictures here, which is always bizarre to me, as even in the brightest light it's barely different than the grey on the other side. It is soft, it feels sturdy and well made, and it's very comfortable. It has a good look to it in general, so the color issue isn't a big deal in the end to me. Lightweight, not too warm or anything- I tend to get hot at night, and this has felt great so far the 2 weeks I have had it.

I've had this since mid September, it's been about 2 months. I've only washed it once. I keep a blanket on the bottom half, for my dog. Husky/mal so he sheds a lot. The comforter definitely holds on to pet hair. It doesn't brush off easy at all, that's really my main complaint. And it survived my washer and dryer so that's good. I wasn't about to wash this big blanket by hand. I just use a thin sheet between me and the comforter. That's good enough for the south in a very cold room. Didn't get real lumpy when I washed it, but it also didn't dry all the way so that was annoying. For the price I think this is really worth it. If it even lasts 4 more months I'll be happy and probably buy another one.

I bought this comforter with a little bit of fear because I looked into the bad reviews, and a lot of them state that it falls apart after the first wash, the stitching is coming out, too hot, etc. While I have not washed it, I did realize some threading coming out of the stitching, but a quick trim of the thread and it's good to go. I honestly believe that if you wash it right (big enough washer, extra gentle cycle,) that it will be okay. The material is SUPER soft and it is so cozy comfy. It is a little hot and I have woken up in a pool of sweat. So if you're looking for something a little more lightweight, I'd look elsewhere. Great product for the cost, would recommend!

Love this blanket so does my wife but it is white and we have black cats and dogs lol. Going to invent in a duvet thing, I just hope it is as soft and light as this comforter. I was tired of layering my blankets and being smothered. This comforter though is light enough for the summer to keep you cool and also enough to keep you warm on the cold days and easy to move around I know that it is weird to say it is cool in the warm weather and warm in the cold weather but it truly does that for you. I got a king size and I am happy I did as it is the perfect size for our queen size bed
