Each of these pieces can be bought separately. I didn’t expect to like the standard peeler. The handle looked odd and I didn’t think I’d like the grip, but it was very comfortable and easy to use. On both pieces, the blades are easy to switch, they just turn and you pick the one you want. From the pics, I thought you had to insert a new blade, but the blades are all one piece and you just turn them on the peeler. The Y peeler was easy to clean. The standard one was more difficult because of all the extra blades. Bits of carrot got caught in the back blades, but I just turned the blade wheel and then was able to clean it. I wanted the Y peeler because it said it was good for fruit. I have a problem with a standard peeler where I tend to slice my finger when I’m peeling an apple. I thought this would work better. I did almost slice a different finger using this one, but once I saw the danger, I was able to adjust my grip and peeled my apple without any bloodshed for the first time in a long time. On both of these, I’ve only used the standard peel blade. On the Y peeler, using the standard peeler and peeling my apple, it almost didn’t go deep enough. I had to go back over several spots to get little bits of peel that were left behind. I’ll try being more firm with it next time. Overall, this is a nice set of peelers and a good price for 2 pieces.

I wanted to love this thing, I really did. Three peelers in one would have been a great tool since I'm one who buys kitchen gadgets that can serve multiple purposes. This one was kind of a bummer. I used it once. Now it's not that the peelers don't work well because they do. The issue is the design of the tool doesn't allow the peels to clear the tool head. They just jam up inside the peeler and you have to continually pick the peels out of the tool head. It's rather agonizing to use and adds unnecessary time to simply peeling a potato. I will probably never use it again.

Versatile peeler, works fine. Lost my old peeler a long time back, and never replaced it. Wife uses a knife instead, but I thought I would try this peeler, because I really do like the way a peeler works versus a knife for removing skin from fruits and veggies. It's got a good shape, it's easy to hold. Three choices for the blade style, I am not sure I see much difference between the standard peeler blade and the wave cut edge for "soft skins", but they both work just fine. blade style is easy to change, just pull down on a small "lever lock" with your thumb, and twist the knob to rotate a different style in position, then lock it back up again. holds firm and tight, no twisting when peeling, so that's good. Tried to get a picture of the third blade, the Julienne cutter blade so you could see it.

This peeler is amazing. I love the layout of the blade (perpendicular to the handle). It made peeling very easy. I also like that the peeler has multiple blade options all in the same handle (no storing of extra blades). The wheel that lets you select your blade is very sturdy and locks you choice into place well. The blade is sharp and works well for its purpose. If you need a new potato peeler, this is a great option.

This peeler is great, it slid smoothly, almost effortlessly, across my vegetables creating tiny slices and slices with ridges in them. It also has a regular peeler on it for normal peeled slices. You rotate and click the peeler you want into place. The rotating peeler is easy enough to adjust but strong enough to stay in place while peeling a vegetable. It’s like having four peelers in one. Definitely a space saver.

I am happy to say that these peelers are much better than I thought they would be. They are incredibly safe to use and work well. It is safe to change the blade to get a different peel. The sharp blade helped me peel a cucumber, and it came out as thin as paper (limited waste and in seconds). I love these peelers. They are reasonably priced, well-made, and easy to use. Quality product, easy to grip, they glide smoothly. I love the color; it goes hand in hand with the vegetables you can peel. This is a great line of products from Chef's Path, I definitely recommend it, and I would buy it again!

3 in one veggie peeler What I love: with very limited kitchen storage space, I love multi-use tools. This one peels (standard and serrated) and juliennes. Easy to switch between different peelers. What I dislike: as seems very typical with most veggie peelers, the blade isn't as sharp as I'd like. It is about the same as all the others on the market.

We are just peeling through the holidays with this great peeler set. We can do more than one vegetable at a time now bc we have two units to help with these tasks. Both are sharp and easy to hold in any hand. Works like a charm and really helps us get the dinner on the table with ease

Got this because I wanted to make spring rolls but didn’t want to spend hours cutting vegetables lol it works. It’s convenient and easy to clean. Feel well made. I’d get it again.

This is a set of two fruit and vegetable peelers that each has three settings/blades. On one there is a little clicking wheel that lets you choose which blade you want to use. The other has a button you side down which allows you to turn a wheel and select your blade. After selection on each peeler, the blade is locked in place. These are great tools to have in your kitchen for all sorts of peeling jobs. And it’s great value to get two tools for one price. They are nicely made with lightly textured sage green plastic handles. Nice!

I used these yesterday to peel all of the sweet potatoes for our Thanksgiving dinner. It was very easy to use and peeled very well. I love how it has different blade choices all on one device. You don't have to give up drawer space or hunt for blades since they are all together. It has a nice gripper to where you hand will not slide even if it gets wet. This is a must have for anyone who cooks.

My sister threatened to not peel the potatoes for Thanksgiving with my old peeler. I got this to appease her. It peeled easily and I liked the julienne function. When using the julienne function, they do not completely separate so you have to use your hands to pull apart at the base. Since the head rotates, to it does take a little getting used to where you want the head to lie. Once you establish that, it stayed put. No I am passing off to my sister to use.

Love the handles on these two peelers, really comfortable, no slipping into the sharp zone. 4 different styles of peeling just click to which shape you'd like to create, holds in place while peeling. Great quality - has yet to rust.

I love that this has three different blades. The julienne blade is perfect for some diner style hash browns! The handle is nice and sturdy. It is a little tricky to clean the different blades, but it's not too finicky .

I like the versatility of this product. My kitchen gadget drawer is full of peelers, scissors, graders, and other devices that I've accumulated over the years and it's nice to have a three-in-one device that works well and is easy to use. The wheel that you turn to select each mode only moves in one direction, which keeps it stiff in the direction you use to peel. It was nice to have for preparing my Thanksgiving meal.
