I've been taking these for several months. They do exactly what they're supposed to. They make my ____ very clean and consistent. Which is great for preparing for ___, but even if I wasn't doing that I would still take these anyway because I like the clean feeling. I recommend starting with just one pill for the first few days before you move up to two pills. (Your gut might feel bloated and uncomfortable if you start with two pills. At least that was my experience.)

All of the men in my life take these. They say they help digestion and the price is good.

I use this every day it keeps my balanced and keeps things moving along. I have also noticed it makes the go feel better its not as harsh as some fiber so the "end" result is much more comfortable.

First of all, these are just AWESOME! I started with pure for men, but i wasnt able to find the 120 pill bottle, so i started looking for an alternative. I came across zero for him, the reviews initially pulled me to them. Its pretty much the same price ($25), but you get an extra 30 caps! I don't eat a lot due to things I'm not willing to talk about here, so I only take 2 caps a day at dinner time. It's plenty enough, but make sure you take it with at least 16oz of water or you'll most likely start to feel a lil' weird from dehydration. (However, that's the case for all fiber substitutes, it's not a problem with the pills, it's just what happens when you put a lot of fiber into your system. These caps are awesome! I recommend to anyone who plans on doing a lot of bottoming & playing around. (I myself am super submissive, so you can guess what I'm doing. x3 ) Even if you aren't into that kind of thing, fiber is good for your digestive system, these can help a lot if you're simply looking to get some extra fiber. Keep in mind that they don't work instantly, it'll probably take a day or two for you to notice a difference. It also depends on how much you eat, more food means you'd need more fiber to get the desired results. If you eat 2 or 3 full meals a day, I'd recommend exactly as the bottle says for the first couple days. 2 caps twice a day. (So like.... 2 with breakfast & 2 with dinner or however u want to take them. Just don't take 4 at once) I personally feel as though taking a couple with your last meal of the day is the best time to take them, so dinner is when i take mine. That's just my opinion tho. In all, I recommend these to anyone!

These work pretty well but you have to drink plenty of water or else it will just make things worse also they are kinda big pills. Only thing I don't like about them is they float so of you take em with a mouth full of water is the will be floating on top.

Here from one of the ppl who used PURE for Men. I was trying to find something more affordable than PURE; so I went in thinking this wasn't going to work much better than it. Gave it a couple months to give it a proper review. In my opinion, it works much much better! I am a 6' male in the 270lbs weight class. With PURE it took three pills to get my steam rolling engine working, but with ZERO, only two! I can stretch out the bottle and not have to come back every other month and a half like with the former. Same easy clean up, too! I will sound like everyone else in the review section, DRINK AN APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF WATER WITH THESE PILLS! The little guys are a packed punch and will make them guts act out (I mean cramps). So needless to say, I'm sticking with these guys awhile. That is all.

This works just as well as the competition, it works just as fast it is more affordable and you get more product for less price. I take opioids for chronic pain and for me it took a while for it to take effect and work, but once it started it’s been perfect! I’m regular and I am fully ready for action anytime.

I take this supplement just about every day, directly after eating breakfast. I consume with a tall glass of water. Just wow! I've never been so proud of my poops! Granted, my diet has also been pretty good (with some exceptions). I purchased the big bottle of this supplement and I'm glad I did. Happy with my purchase.

I have been experimenting with a few different brands of fiber supplements and so far this is the best, cheapest option. There are other ones that seem more affordable, but in my experience (and I can only speak to my own experience) they cause mild unpleasant side effects or don't work altogether. If you can afford Pure, please choose that over this brand, mainly because we should be supporting small businesses over mega-corporations, but if you're someone like me who can use that ~$5 savings per bottle, this is the one for you. Also watch out for Aloe Extracts - just google it and see what medical websites are saying about it. Not great. Or if you don't trust those, read other reviews. Aloe is not great to eat. Burns? It's great. Eat? Possible risk of cancer. This has been a public service announcement lol

Being 'regular' hasn't been easy for me over the years but I feel like this has helped me a lot. It doesn't force you to go, it just makes it easier for you. I've been taking them for about a month now and not once have I had to struggle to let those demons out. I recommend this for sure. Also, the pills aren't huge but they could be a little smaller. No need to worry about foul smells either - the pills are odourless and doesn't cause any foul smells at the other end, beyond the ordinary.

Been using this for 6 months now and this 'Zero for Him Extra Strength" works exactly as advertised. The key is to drink with plenty of water and you'll be baking fresh biscuits on the regular each morning. It does take a few days for your system to get used to it but then it's smooth sailing.

I used to use Pure for Men, which has the same core ingredients, for a couple years for two reason: 1) I have some unfortunate GI issues and the supplement (along with a circumin supplement) was only thing keeping the bloat, cramps, and diarrhea from food at bay; 2) I'm a gay man and being "clean" is vital. Pure for Men was godsend for me...until they added aloe vera to the ingredients. I spent the past 2-3 months experiencing similar GI issues I had in years past, albeit to a lesser degree, thanks that unwelcome addition to the formula. I've now been using Zero for Him for the past several days and I'm finally back to feeling comfortable in and out of the bathroom. I can only hope that the company does not follow Pure for Men's lead and keeps Aloe out of the ingredients!

The reviews for this product are no lie, this stuff is amazing!!! I've been using it for about a month now (I take 2 capsules after my first meal of the day, but thinking of maybe upping it to include 2 pills after dinner) and it as changed my life! When first starting to take the pills I noticed that I felt fuller for longer after eating and then...I felt cleaner and more empty after using the restroom. I've been tracking my food more recently as well and have noticed it is really difficult to get an adequate amount of fiber in my diet and these surely help. The only thing I would like changed would be some nutritional facts about the exact amount of fiber these bring to my diet. I cannot recommend this product enough, it is AMAZING!

For those that are saying they had pains afterwards it’s more than likely because they did not drink enough water with it. I drank very little water one day after taking and had pains which felt like cramps. But now I drink at least 3 glasses of water with it and I feel fine.

I’m so impressed by these capsules. I was looking for an alternative to Pure that was less expensive and I hit the jackpot. I feel so confident in the bedroom now even in the morning after! Definitely recommend it!

Great product that is just a good as its "brand name" competitor and better than many of the other "generic" competitors. I love this product. I take (2) in the morning and (1) in the evening every day. Within just a day or two I already noticed that I felt cleaner. My BMs are regular and now I can be clean after only a couple wipes. I have much more confidence in the bedroom because I know that if something last minute happens, I'm already clean. I still usually docuhe just because it makes me feel a bit more confident, but everything is clean from the beginning. My only complaint is that the 150 Extra Strength bottle is out of stock quite often.

This is, by far, the best fiber supplement I've ever tried. It does what the advertising says it does. I've tried all the listed ingredients individually before, but nothing works nearly as well as the combo of these pills. These work much better than psyllium husk pills. Flax seed supplements upset my tummy - these don't. And most important of all, no nasty residual chia seeds remaining and completely undermining the primary reason why I take these supplements in the first place. I highly recommend trying these pills. After 1 week, I saw an amazing improvement. I've added these pills to my monthly Subscribe-and-save.

I need more stars! First, I'm not in the specific target demographic for this and Pure. I bought this product because I have struggled with digestive discomfort, frequent and loose BMs, and maintaining weight for many years. I tried various dietary changes, cutting out various things one by one to narrow down my issues, all with no luck. ZERO TOOK ME FROM HORRIBLE TO PERFECT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS and costs less than Pure (which I'm sure works just as well). 2 with my first meal and 2 with my last, and I lay 1 solid log in the afternoon and feel great all day. You know, like people with no digestive problems. All the stars.

You're a GOAT if you got that title. Pills are a bit big to swallow, and there's definitely no flavor. Definitely recommend taking them three days in a row to get that clean feeling. Your movements will be a lot fuller and clean. Assuming your using this for "play nights" you'll wanna use this three days in advanced for three days. After that you can ditch the douche. Over all this thing is amazing 10/10

I've been a constant user for Pure for Men, However I made the switch because of the cost. I've tried the product for a couple of weeks now and when taken regularly, it keeps me regular and keeps my number 2s very "bulky" (sorry..didn't know how else to describe it..lol) I've seen some of the negative reviews, but people what people don't understand is every one is different. What may work with one person may not work for another. There are other brands out there to try, but this one so far has done the job for me. ~thx

Works well, easy way to get fiber. No stomach upset from them

I used them for an entire two weeks and was able to have plenty of “fun” with no issues. I then decided to slow down and take a small break and when I also stopped using the pills, I definitely noticed a huge difference in how my stomach digests AND how it also makes your tummy feel in everyday. I can’t recommend these enough. Even if you aren’t having “fun” continue to take them as they just help your stomach in general!

So all my friends are taking Pure for Men and I was like…I should probably get on that, too. Well, I decided to give Zero for Him a go and let me tell you…the BEST thing I’ve done in a while, haha. Have shared this with all my friends and will most definitely be purchasing again. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been using miralax for a while because of side effects of Ozempic. With miralax it was difficult to get the dose right at times and it was bringing lots of discomfort. These high fiber pills are working well, and they don't have the Aloe ingredient like the Pure product. I hear Aloe can interfere with other medicines and cause other health problems over time. So far so good with this.

I was a regular user of this product and very happy with the results. Recently I had the opportunity to test out some other similar products, including a more-expensive and popular one, when Zero wasn't available. Am I glad it's available again, as the other products did not work nearly as well as Zero Extra Strength! Now that I've experienced the alternatives, I'm very happy to give this 5 stars.
