Arm Blaster for Biceps & Triceps Dumbbells & Barbells Curls Muscle Builder Bicep Isolator for Big Arms Bodybuilding & Weight Lifting Support for Strength & Muscle Gains

I have a home gym and wanted something to help with my form when curling. I was debating purchasing an arm blaster or a preacher pad, but I decided to try the arm blaster to start as it's small, stores easily, and doesn't take up much space when not in use. The Hawk product is sturdy and the design makes it easy to adjust with a single clip. I did not experience any discomfort while performing curls even with heavier weights. I saw a lot of reviews referencing discomfort, but I'm curious if those users had an improper fit. I immediately noticed a difference when I was performing my curls, and my arms were sore after use, so I think the device did a great job of preventing compensation and isolating the biceps. I would recommend the Hawk arm blaster to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive device to help with their curling form/performance as it offers great value for a low cost (effective, doesn't take up much space, durable, comfortable, etc.).

When I first got this product I was worried it would be another gym accessory that was a waste of money. I was VERY wrong. This piece alone has been the best purchase for creating an effective home gym during this quarantine period; and it is the best money I have spent by far. Some of the reviews mention issues with comfort. First and foremost, if you are looking for comfort while working out, you probably dont need to be looking at this product in general. I dont mean that in a derogatory way, but this product is for people who are trying to really push their limits while making sure they retain proper form (and in doing so, getting even better results). Essentially, for most of the people who will truly utilize and enjoy this product, some discomfort while exercising is par for the course. With that said, once properly set up I find the Hawk Arm to be (relatively) very comfortable. Regardless of comfort, though, I really can stress enough how effective this one piece of equipment is for targeting Biceps and Triceps - WHILE making sure you maintain proper (and thereby effective) form. As someone who has been avidly lifting for over 15 years, and with an educational background in exercise science I can comfortably say that I highly, highly, highly recommend this product.

This product is easy to use! It’s a little hard to get use to but works amazing! The adjustability is good, the size is good, and the appearance looks cool too! It’s helping my biceps grow!

This think looks gimmicky but is actually awesome. It keeps tension on the biceps during the lower extension phase, restricts body English. It’s like having a preacher bench in my home gym without the clutter

Got this for my hubbie for father's day.He has recently started lifting again and wanted to have the proper products to help him do his best. This blaster has helped him keep proper form and enables him to lift heavier. He likes it a lot.

I got an immediate pump on the first rep’ using a lighter load than I’d usually use. I don’t usually do reviews but this item was worth it! Just to add: delivery and packaging was on point as well. I’m so very proud of this purchase!

Just received this today and noticed that the biceps are truly isolated with this device. Got pumped after 3 reps of 15, felt the burn. Been using a curling bar for a year plus and when combined with the blaster today, it made me feel like Arnold looks. Can't wait to continue using and see strength and size gains. 7/23/2022: UPDATE: Been using this religiously every day, since I received it, three sets of 15 and have gained 1/2" solid muscle on my biceps/triceps. Saves the back if you bend your knees slightly; thereby transferring the weight to the biceps/triceps. Wish I'd discovered this when I was young!

I wanted to avoid adding another big piece of equipment to my home gym so I purchased this for my preacher curls. The incline isn't as great as I would have wanted so if you want more of an incline you can put something between yourself and the arm blaster to form a bigger gap and therefore increase the incline. I would suggest something flat and soft to put between. I'm happy I purchased this arm blaster over what I wanted initially for my home gym. It will take up way less space, can be hanged on the wall, is way cheaper, and offers the a very similar workout to the arms. Yes I will probably have to add something between myself and it for an even better workout, but it's a small price to pay for all the other benefits this offers.

Comfortable , easy adjustments , arm pumps are insane

This is basically an iron band. It works perfectly. When doing curls there is no way for your elbows to go backwards. It effectively isolates out any shoulder movement/cheating. It feels pretty weird initially to use due to adjusting to basically wearing a preacher bench for curls, but after a few days it works well for what I wanted. I have a damaged labrum and this allows me to do curls again pain free.

Hawk Sports definitely didn’t disappoint with this product. Fits great and comfortable during use. Great addition to our fitness center.

Been using for about a month and I can tell a big difference in my Bi's. Using the Arm Blaster puts all the focus on you Biceps. I Highly recommend this product.

Ok the honest review...This thing works and helps isolate the bicep to the full extent. No more shoulder assistance or anything. One minor issue is that it is a little uncomfortable on the elbows...but, who said working out should be 100% comfort? It doesn't harm you it's just simply that, uncomfortable but gives you full potential of the curl you should be getting. Does not constrict shoulders too much where you cannot widen your curl also.

This is a very well built, strong arm blaster. I’ve used it with an EZ curl bar loaded over 100lbs and it didn’t even as much as flex, could have handled much more. Better than I expected. The only con I can think of is the elbow padding could have been a bit thicker but no big deal.

The negative reviews of this product must be for an old version? The padding is adequate and I can't imagine any discomfort issue unless you don't know how to adjust it so it rests on a comfortable part of your lower tricep instead of on the pointed end of your elbow. Or maybe that is also not quite comfortable enough for some? Those unable to tolerate slight discomfort will probably not do very well with working out in general
