The New and Improved strap only last 10 months. I take care of my bag and only keep balls, 2 paddles, knee brace and small light weight items in the bag. I never put shoes or heavy things and about a week ago the strap just gave way!!! I always use a clip to hang my bag and sadly, as you can see by the bag handle, it just slipped out. Not a tear!! Sadly I was hoping to get a few years use out of this. The bag was good looking and very roomy but unfortunately since this defect I’ll have to look for something better.

I have tried a couple different bags for pickleball before arriving at this one. I have to say, it holds everything I need in a very organized manner. I put my cell phone and glasses in the lower side pocket, wallet and keys in the top pocket. 2 paddles fit in the padded pockets in the back. Your pickleballs go in the side pocket. That leaves the main compartment to hold the rest,,, and it holds a lot. All your food, drinks, etc have plenty of room. I even throw in a small collapsible stool. There is a compartment in the bottom for shoes, but that is a bag that extends up into the main compartment, so I don't bother with that and just throw them in the top. I've been using it almost daily for 2 months now, and so far everything is holding up quite nicely. I've also had a lot of positive comments on it. The only "improvement" I would envision is offering it in a couple of colors...I'm not a big fan of white. But in the end it doesn't matter, this bag gets the job done. I think this bag is just the right size for one or two people, it doesn't look like your packing for the weekend, and still holds everything you need to make your game enjoyable. Highly recommended !!! Update: I've used this bag for almost 3 years now.. I play nearly everyday. It's getting a little faded from basking in the sun everyday, but, everything still works perfectly. There have been no tears or rips, no seams have come loose, all the zippers still work like new. I keep thinking something has to give way here after all this use, but nope, it just keeps on going like a champ. Unbelievable !

Christmas gift for my husband......He Loves this pack for his pickleball gear!! ...... Sadly, today (Feb. 8), he’s walking along and the pack falls because one of the shoulder straps has come apart where it attaches to the pack.......gonna see if the company will help us out, or maybe a shoe shop can repair it.......shouldn’t be coming apart after just a few months......otherwise, it’s a great pack with all the pockets and compartments that he needs for his pickleball outings. UPDATE: called the Amazon Aces folks and they were awesome. Replaced the backpack within 2 days !!! Very apologetic and accommodating, and will look into the strap issue on future productions ! Very pleased with their customer service to say the least !

Really great bag for the size and cost. Love the side sleeve for balls. Love the storage spaces though I wish they would have put more. Wish they would increase size by about 25%.

I wanted a backpack style to eliminate the one shoulder kind constantly sliding down my arm. This is a sturdy, nice looking bag with plenty of varied storage for paddle, shoes, balls and other stuff. It has one zippered compartment that is insulated to keep fruit or other snack cool. It has padded storage on the back side which is nice. The ONLY thing it is lacking is an outside pocket for your water bottle. I really like my new Pickleball bag.

I was at a PB camp and one of the participants had this bag. My current bag started to come apart so I started looking at bags. I actually bought another bag at a tournament I was playing in but decided it was way too big. I thought I would order this bag and I LOVE IT!! It is the perfect size! I love that the ball carrier is on the outside and that I have room for two paddles, shoes, keys, sandwich and is beautifully made. Many of the female players have been looking at my bag because it is not huge but holds everything one needs. Thank you Amazing Aces!!

This bag looks great and comfortable. It’s on the smaller size but it can holds up to 4 paddles and 5 pickleball balls. The mesh on the side tears easily if you are not careful. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

I have had really awesome interactions with the Amazin' Aces brand, so I didn't even look at other bags! This bad holds three paddles (four if they don't have covers on them) in the back part, and 4 balls on the side. I can fit my size 10 womens' shoes with my husband's size 13 shoes in the large zipper part. The little pockets on the side are great for keys and a wallet. My only complaint is the lack of a water bottle holder. Other than that, it's perfect so far!

Bought this for my fiancé. He loves it. It is big and holds everything you would ever need. made well.Looks classy and color is good for man or woman. There is eve a lined zip pocket to hold a cold snack or ice pack. I looked for a bag for over and year and when this one appeared I took it! So glad . His favorite Christmas present

What I love about this product is: (1) It's a backpack & easy to carry; (2) It's size - It holds lots more than you would think it can. It can fit my shoes, my sweatpants, my Baggalini pocketbook, a water bottle and 2 paddles and balls. Everything in one bag!

Well thought out design! Good Quality! I find this bag functional without being to big. I wear a women's size 10 shoe, they fit perfectly in the bottom zipper leaving all kinds of room in the main compartment. The only thing I would like to see is maybe a bag that holds 2 or 3 balls on the side and add another zipper pocket.

I love this bag. It is stylish and holds all my stuff including 2 paddles. I like the fact that it stands when you put it down on the ground. It is ver comfortable to wear when used as a backpack.

The bag is pretty-much as you'd expect. It would have been nice to have a pouch for a water bottle, but overall it's a very nice bag. Paddles fit nicely through zippered slots in the back leaving plenty of room inside the bag. I find the ball pouch very convenient.

I bought this for my dad's father's day present. He loves it! Fits all four of his paddles and balls, with room for his wallet, keys, and drink. Great bag to hang on the fence and access anything he needs easily. Great buy, great gift. And it looks awesome! Would buy again!

Wife likes it as it is a little smaller than most bags and still holds all her gear. Having 2 separate compartments for paddles is a nice touch. Overall good bag. Would be nice to have some options regarding colours.

I've had this bag for a year and it's an excellent bag. It holds my water bottle, shoes, and 3 paddles, as well as balls.

It is a really neat little bag that keeps balls and rackets in place. It's not too intrusive, it's lights, and it has neat pockets that work for phones and other things like keys. I'm a fan!

This bag is perfect! Pockets for everything I need! Even has two seperepate back pockets for 2 paddles! A sleeve for balls! Little pockets for phone and wallet with a big pocket for towels and shoes! Totally perfect and has everything needed!

Perfect tote, fits 4 paddles, water bottle, 4 balls on the side, more in the bag, and several zip compartments for keys or money. Perfect shape and size, and easy for hanging on the fence.

I love this back pack, it's beautiful and comfy, not too big but you can fit all your pickelball equipment in it.
