I almost didn't buy this due to reviews saying they could not shut the console lid when it was installed. I got it anyway and the initial lid closing did not shut. However, it is a simple fix. You just have to slide it all the way to the back of the inside of the console so the lid "arms" do not come down on the back side of the tray. Once I slid it to the back, the lid closes every time. Have enjoyed the extra storage.

If that's perfect. the holes are great and the cords are all down in the open area and they come out with just enough to hang over so we can access them perfectly. Enough space for daily items. Putting the cords in was great cause it looks solid professionally done downside though not a lot of room for getting underneath,because cords will mess up. Lol

Very neat little tray to help organize. Fit in a 2011 explorer. Just make sure that it's pushed forward and then arm rest open and closes easily
