My knee has been worn out after climbing mount st Helens, Ive been resting it. I was eager to get back to jogging, so I bought this. This brace is small, easy to use and effective! Just ran 4.5 miles with no pain and no pain after. It doesnt slip and you can feel the support from it throughout!

I purchased these for my son who was diagnosed with Osgood Schlatter's disease in his knees after his doc recommended purchasing some type of brace or device. We first purchased a knee brace (that we got from the doc) that was designed to help his condition. It was made of pliable rubber but cracked after a couple uses and they were somewhat bulky. I found these straps on Amazon and thought I would try them out. I wouldn't say it cured him (they won't to the best of my knowledge), but immediately when he put them on, he said that he felt stability and support in his knees immediately. He has been using these for about 6 weeks now and they seem to really help relieve the pain he was experiencing at practices, and they aren't obtrusive either...he is a running back and linebacker and these still allow him to move around the field easily such as running routes, pass coverage, etc. Construction wise, they are still holding up well and seem to be made of durable materials. He is still in pre-season at this point and not full pads yet due to Covid, but I do believe they will work and hold up well during the regular season. He is 13 and fairly solid and the sizing is adjustable so he will be able to use these as he grows as well. Within a few days after I purchased them, I received a follow up email from the company regarding my purchase, which was nice. Based on that email, if we were to have an issue with them (we haven't) I would imagine they would be there to help us out. If your young athlete is experiencing Osgood Schlatter's, this might be a good choice for you to help them out. He is also doing physical therapy and additional stretching exercises, so these are only a piece of the puzzle for him, but they are an important one. I would recommend them!!

I had been having knee issues with pain and instability for years. After several falls and limited mobility, an MRI revealed that I had a torn ACL, medial and lateral meniscus and arthritis. The pain had gotten so bad I could barely walk. I tried multiple braces including my custom ACL brace from a previous surgery and compression type braces, but nothing seemed to help. I had surgery planned for a few weeks away and needed to be able to work until, so I kept searching for other things I could try to get me by. I saw several reviews on this little strap and how well it worked for so many people. The price was low and I figured I had nothing to lose, so I ordered one right away. It was easy to put on and adjusts with velcro on both sides. I tightened it under my knee cap and took a few test steps. I was amazed at how much stability it gave me and pain relief. With all my issues, I still had some pain of course but I was able to walk better than I had in months! This was a huge relief! I couldn't believe something so small and seemingly simple could help so much. It almost seemed to keep my tibia from slipping and while wearing it, my knee didn't pop out of place fully like it had been. We had a beach trip planned and I was debating canceling it since I could hardly and was scared my knee would go out. I was able to go though and wear this strap and do some minor walking. I even wore it in the ocean and was able to enjoy that! I had fully expected to be stuck at our vacation rental, but this little strap helped me to do more than I thought possible. I wore it all the way up until my surgery. I have pain and arthritis in my other knee as well so I plan on using it for that knee too so I plan on using it when that one acts up as well. Wonderful product!

My knee has been bothering me for a long time. I was going to check out some physical therapy and then this CV19 thing hit. 61 year old male, I walk 2-4 miles a day, had a annoying usually dull pain, lower patella, front knee area. Stairs are annoying. I ordered one thinking it could help. My theory is that I have patella tendonitis and this would help provide relief and support. It has helped, been using it for about two weeks. The dull pain is quite a bit better. Not sure if this is relieving enough pain to lead to a permanent fix or it just helps while it's on. There might be a slow trend to it being a fix, but really too early to tell. I think it's quite comfortable, It says where you put it. I've been wearing it pretty much all the time, off at night. It's easy to adjust. I basically cinch it tight. It has lots of adjustment. Thinking I'll order one or two more so I can rotate usage, it's starting to get warm in Texas and sweat happens. Thinking the silicon insert does provide good support, you can feel it when you feel the strap, not really when it's on. I'd call it medium density silicon, not hard not soft, just right. Basically it provides a fairly subtle shaping to the pressure provided, helping the strap to position and hug the right place on the bottom of your knee. If you need a a knee strap this seems to be a very good one. I read lots of reviews, this is my first knee strap. Hope it helps you like it's helped me. An addition,.. I did order two more. I like this, it really has eased my quite persistent knee ache. I ordered two more so I can keep one on more often. If it got sweaty, I left it off so it would dry out. It has helped with the persistent pain, after a few more weeks it's still not clear that this a full fix, but it is trending well. It's not a overnight fix, but if it's a few months I'll take it.

I have trouble believing this little thing works, but it does. I probably have about half a dozen knee braces in different sizes and this is by far the best. Up until several months ago I was walking four to six miles every day. One day I woke up in pain and could no longer walk more than a couple of blocks. After visits to an Orthopedist, X-rays, and an MRI I was told I had a torn meniscus. That there was no way to repair it, but it could be shaved down with arthroscopic surgery which might help. My swelling was better after that, but I still couldn't walk very far and was very discouraged. My pain was on the right side of my left knee in the meniscus, but I also had a couple of inches of pain running down the inside of my knee--the tendon I imagine. Then, I bought this little brace which has truly made a difference. I started out walking half a mile--hoping I could make it. I did and now, two weeks later, I can walk over three miles--every other day. I am not going to do too much too fast. I don't wear the brace all the time, but the pain is almost entirely gone even when I don't wear it. I am a medium sized woman with what I thought were large knees. I guess not that large because when I wrap the straps the overlap each other in back a bit. It still works fine. Just remember to wear it below your knee cap or it will be uncomfortable and slide. I wish I had tried this before. I spent over $100.00 on useless and non-returnable braces because my doctor knew what I needed! This tiny little slice of heaven helped me so much. I had damaged my meniscus, and it was painful to walk. I am an avid walker -walking about 3-4 miles daily. I couldn't do that until this little strap is seriously a gem! I did some hiking in Gatlinburg, TN, and Yellowstone and Grand Tetons, walking about 4-7 miles almost daily. I also used walking sticks, which helped tremendously while hiking. I highly recommend getting hiking sticks, too. Nonetheless, I HIGHLY recommend trying this before spending any money on other braces you might be 'told' to get. Listen to your own body- Also, I used this strap daily (all day) for about two months, and only once in a while will I have a twinge in my knee, but for the majority, I don't even use it anymore. But when I have a moment, I put it back on for a day or two, and all is good again.

Swear by these over the bulkier full sleeve. Provides more than sufficient support and has eliminated virtually all of the typical day after knee pain associated with a long mountain hike. Velcro is stro g and easily adjusted. Lightweight but does exactly the job they need to.

History: My right knee had gotten to the point where going up even two or three stairs caused a sharp pain just below (not under but below on the leg) the patella. Going up a full flight of stairs meant putting the painful leg on the upper step and jumping with the 'good' leg. I started to worry when the 'good' leg started to have problems (most likely caused by favoring the bad leg). I found that using my hand and putting slight pressure on either side of the pain helped. I looked around and this strap came to the top of the list of possible candidates. I told myself if it didn't work I would keep trying others. I started wearing the brace. It took at LEAST two weeks before I felt ANY difference. It was a slight difference. I was beginning to worry that the brace was not helping. Then I realized that I was still "jumping" the stairs. I figured if this was going to work I was going to have to stop favoring the knee. I purposely started using the ball of my bad knee and planting it on the next up step (VERY slowly). I found that it didn't hurt as much as it had. I kept working on it. Lets be clear - it still hurt - just not as much. It kept getting better. After a month or two I decided to try a day without the brace (it needed to be washed). My knee was definitely much better. I left it off for the past month. My knee is better. Very much better. Was there pain involved? Yes. Was there time involved? Yes. This is not a panacea. There was a lot of work involved with this. Did the brace help? YES! Did I have to work over MANY weeks? YES. This is not a silver bullet. It is a helper. An aid. All I can say is - if you have knee pain. Give this a try.

Af first I was unsure these would work, there were many options but this one caught my eye. I had the idea that if it didn’t work I’d return it but I was mistaken, I used them for a soccer match and I did not feel any pain on my knees, if anything I felt like I played better. I would 100% recommend these if you have pain in your knees when you exercise or play sports.

I bought this brand and a few others back in 2021, and only kept this one, i wear almost daily and they held up amazing, i just misplaced them and just reordered. WISH THEY WOULD MAKE SKIN TONES. Heres the kicker.. what i use it for, doesnt get mentioned often so I thought I would leave my experience here for others it may help.. I had a complete ACL replacement and meniscus repair in 2018. My knee kept twisting during simple daily activites and I kept falling and getting bone bruises (which wow are so painful) because my knee was hyperextending (most likely because the new ligament was too long when made and placed) I have my big fancy forever braces which are fine for high intensity activites (what a drag) and i tried oh-soo-many kinds of knee braces (specifically for hyperextention) none of them were simple or comfortable or easy to wear everyday. I have not fell or over extended my knee once while wearing this knee brace, not even after a few glasses of wine 🙃

This is so much better than I expected. I am a plus-sized lady and this fit me without having to "make it work." Conversely, if you have thin legs, this may be too large for you. The padding is so comfortable, the material is soft and the straps are secure. It took a minute to figure out how to place the straps to make the Velcro work. The quality is top notch.

My son finds these to be necessary when playing on the basketball court or training in the gym. They truly help support the knee and are very easy to wash. The Velcro has not become less effective and we wash it weekly.

I have really bad knees, no meniscus left, lots of arthritis, and of course, pain. I bought two of these for one for each knee, not sure they would work. They came today and I put them on immediately. Took a few minutes to adjust to them, but the more I wore them the better they started to work. Within an hour I was walking around with a very slight soreness in both knees which was so much better that the pain I was living with. I would say in my opinion, there was about an 80% improvement in my knee function and at least the same in pain reduction. When I took them off to go to bed, I stood up and the old pain started to return. I'm not sleeping with them on because there's no pressure on my knees, but in the morning when I wake up, the first thing I'm putting on are these patella straps.

Purchased this strap for my husband. After suffering chronic patellar tendinitis for years on a reconstructed knee as a result of a sports injury...he had given up on tennis or any sport that required quick lateral movements. Competitive cycling became his go to sport. Recently, he started experiencing some knee pain again while spending time at the gym. He researched ways to try and alleviate this. He stumbled on this patellar strap and was initially quite skeptical. How can something so simple be so effective? Nevertheless, after reading positive reviews from others who purchased the strap, he asked me to add this item to my cart. As a Prime member...delivery is always super quick. The seller also reached to me by email beforehand, once the purchase was made and before receiving the product to offer advice on how to use the strap effectively. She also reached out again days later to follow up and ask how things were going. Not only does the customer service receive five stars for their care and consideration but my husband’s knee has been pain free since using the strap. He was so impressed that he decided to get back on a tennis court last weekend and literally take a swing at it again after a near twenty five year absence of playing the sport. To his amazement, he did not suffer any knee pain during or after his first time back on the tennis court. Since, he hasn’t had the product long enough to do a long term review, the short term effects warrant two thumbs up in his opinion.

I mainly ride a fixed gear bike around NYC, so there are lots of situations where I am balancing or using my legs in very slow but lots of leg power is required type situations. I was getting pain just below my right knee cap in the patella tendon while bike riding. Specifically when using my right leg to start from a stop or a slow power situation. It got to the point that I could no longer use my right leg to start after a stop and had to be very careful when using my right leg in slow power situations. Post rides my knee would be sore and show mild swelling that I would have to ice. I ordered this as a long shot but was shocked at just how well it works. When I have it on the pain went from very noticeable to ZERO. I can use my right leg to start out or as a power leg without worry. It is a bit larger than I thought it would be based on the photos, but who cares, it works very well. I now have no pain while I ride and no pain or swelling post ride. I am still icing my knee post rides out of caution but overall this has been a knee saver.

This patella strap works well, stays firmly in place and supports my knee. Not quite as sweaty as my last band. Truly does help with my knee pain and I wear it for the gym, running and biking

I was pushing myself for too long without this simple, yet highly effective support strap. I've used this now for around 12 hikes and my knee doesn't swell. In fact, I went a bit hard the other day and could feel my knee wanted to twist a bit and the strap kept it from doing so. Great for people with patella tendon issues and meniscus issues like myself.

That's all I can or need to say. My meniscus media is kept under control when I wear this in my 7 Zumba classes every week. I see a lot of these on the dance floor actually and everyone seems to like them. A cheap, easy fix for a torn meniscus to avoid surgery!!!

I was unable to find a simple knee strap for my husband. As always, looked on Amazon & there it was! The material very durable & yet thin enough that fits nicely under jeans!

I have purchased several knee braces over the years. And ALL of them limited my range of motion when I was working out, were bulky, rarely were large enough to fit my knees, and were uncomfortable after wearing for longer than 30 minutes. Such wraps are probably necessary for some people, but my knee issues are due to poor alignment, ergo, my knee is not naturally in line with the rest of my leg, leading to those PAINFUL episodes when you step down and your knee gives out. This is my first patella strap. And, after only wearing it for 30 minutes, I realized it is PERFECT for my needs. It is cheaper than the knee wraps I have been buying. AND, because it is a strap instead of a wrap, it does not restrict motion, can easily be adjusted to fit my knee, and is FAR MORE comfortable after wearing for 30 minutes. As soon as I finish this review, I WILL submit an order for a 2nd one so I can wear them on BOTH knees. Especially since it is comfortable enough to leave on for hours while I am sitting down at my computer desk working.

I’ve had knee problems the past year, torn ligaments and meniscus. After tons of work knee is feeling better but while playing tennis, and still wearing a knee brace, I’ll have a ligament pop out of place while twisting my body. Let’s just say it doesn’t feel great the next day or two afterwards. Using this the past two days I haven’t had that issue, seems to be holding the ligaments right below my knee cap in place. The brace has firm pressure without cutting off circulation due to the elastic-ness of the straps. It’s definitely worth trying especially for the price.

About 4 months ago, my right knee started to hurt me badly so I couldn't do my usual activity and even walking was painful. I thought this will go away soon and, for the meantime I used knee sleeve. After a couple weeks, the pain didn't go away so I went to see an orthopedic. The physician told me after checking that due to my age, 74, and activity in the past, walking every day 8-9 miles in the last 4 years, my knee got tired ... He said that there are 2 options, first, injection into the knee and second, since he doesn't see anything bad there, continue using the sleeve and increasing the activity slowly. I chose the second option but, the sleeve didn't help too much. It was not comfortable to wear although the knee was improving slowly. Than I found this Patella brace and after using it for the first time, I was totally impressed! Very comfortable to wear, one don't even remember that's there and the most important, almost no pain at all! Every day passing my activity improved by a lot and now I'm able to walk 5-6 miles per day with no pain! I would highly recommend this to everyone suffering of knee problems.

True to size, straps are durable, easy to clean, great value for the money paid. Straps works perfect for the size of a person kneecaps I can adjust the straps easily
