Love the ambiance that these provide my space

Bought these to replace a set of LEDs that had a bulb fail prematurely. Go figure. Normally I suffer from analysis paralysis. I got in a hurry and ordered these in short order. I did not realize that these are incandescent. I thought the fed pretty much choked off incandescent bulbs, but these are still available obviously. To do it over, at this price point I'd go for an LED, but since I have them, I'll run them. Purchased these for the master bedroom. Wanted a softer light, and since the light fixture has four exposed bulbs, wanted something that was nice to look at. These are a little less bright than we wanted, but we have given them a chance and have come to like the way they light the room. We do not stare at light bulbs, but due to being exposed, these do compliment the light fixture. If your light fixture is enclosed, I suggest you use a 'normal' bulb, save some coin. Since they are nice to look at and are interesting, they would likely be better suited for a dining room or a foyer than a bedroom. But, that was our application. I gave it three stars on longevity as we have not had them very long; have no reference. I'd like to update this review in time when one of them eventually dies, but we are selling in a few months and hopefully they are still working fine when we move. If they die prematurely, before we move, I'll update this review accordingly.

The Heritage series bulb i purchased for 2 matching lights at my side door about 5 years ago, one had burned out. They are on from dusk until dawn. LOVE the color and look of the bulbs. When one went out I was disappointed to find out Lowes no longer carried them which led me here. I ordered these as they had the closest specs to the Heritage Series 60w bulb I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were absolutely identical looking at them turned on side by side in the evening. There was no way to tell which bulb was which. Hope it lasts as long as the Heritage bulb. On the Heritage box it says 3000 hours but I had them for about 5 years, and only one has failed. Thats a whopping 14,000 hours! Hope these last even half as long and I'll be happy. Thank God for these "edison" bulbs.....LED/Florescent may be efficient but for someone like me who cares about ambience, you still cannot get to the same light quality as Halogen and filament bulbs.

Because of the difficulty in getting incandescent bulbs, I have been searching for a bulb that provides a soft glow and not an ER sterile glow. This bulb is the answer. They arrived all intact and they give off a soft ambience. I am pleased with them!

We replaced our bathroom light fixtures and used those bulbs instead. We are happy with the result.

I wanted a very warm light for a couple of lamps where the bulbs are exposed. I have a small office and wanted the lighting to be very relaxing, for when my workday is done and I'm relaxing in my office. If you want to chill, these are it.

Love these, incandescent is so much better than those crap flickering LED headache inducing harsh light products. And they have such a cool old timey look to them it's a bit of a shame putting them behind a cover.

What a difference these made in my kitchen light fixture. Keep in mind that they are not a bright light if that's what you are looking for. But the are lovely and not my only lighting in the kitchen so the warm light works for me.

These lightbulbs have a farmhouse style and are not super bright white, they have a warm soft brightness for our kitchen!

I just ordered 2 boxes of these lights for 3 different and new light fixtures in my kitchen. Arrived in perfect condition, as well. In fact, I was extremely impressed with how EACH individual bulb was packed within the 4-bulb pack set. One of the light fixtures came with the same style/size of bulb, but, OFF, had a strong amber tint to the glass. These bulbs, when OFF, are completely clear, which I love, and, ON, they have a warm white/slight light yellow. They are awesome. I will buy them again and again. In fact, I just got this great idea from Pinterest - Someone wanted to update her bathroom fixture, but couldn't afford it. So, instead of ordering an entire new lighting fixture, she removed the very dated "bell" light covers from her old one (as well as the old traditional bulbs), and simply replaced the bulbs with THESE! (Did NOT replace the bell covers. Just the bare bulbs!) The "before" and "after" pictures were awesome! Went from dated 1985 ish to very modern farmhouse industrial, in about 20 minutes, and for about $30! I just repainted one of my bathrooms and am going to do the very same thing!

I suffer from Epilepsy and mine is light triggered. I go in a store and any light change causes me issue. The led lights are just to strong, even the light strips give me issues. These lights feature the warm old style color not a soft white or cool white but a past sunset almost night feeling. I can actually leave the lights on and have no issue. I am so glad they have allowed Incandescent light bulbs to be made again, i can actually have a good day in my home. These light bulbs are a work of art, finely made and look splendid on and off. In my week plus time with them i am more than pleased. I plan on buying more and wish they would make more styles of Incandescent bulbs. A shorter version would be nice. The bulbs arrived all intact and no issue with any of the bulbs. If you suffer light induced seizures try these they help me.

I put these in the frog/game room and threw the LEDs away. At least it's a much better spectrum than LED'S.

Tried to find 15w bulbs local and I couldn't, so Amazon to the rescue. Got the bulbs and replaced the burnt out one from my scentsy plug in, and it's working great. Wax is melted and isn't too hot.

Took a chance to buy these online, but they are exactly what I needed. They look fantastic and the price was much better than purchasing at the store.

I bought these bulbs, to work with a table lamp where the bulb is a part of the main look of the fixture. For that reason I bought the LED "Edison" style bulbs from Hudson lighting. On receipt of my order, I opened up the pack of 4 bulbs to find them very well packed, undamaged and ready for use. I pulled one out, put it into the fixture, and it worked perfectly. I'm very pleased with the look and function of the bulb. I also appreciate the E-mail I received from Hudson, inquiring about the condition of the bulbs on delivery, if all was well, and promising to make things right if for some reason there were issues. I really like this company, and when the need arises, will do business with them again. Thanks you guys! :-)

These guys are really great aesthetic additions- it should be noted that they are incredibly warm (there incandescent, duh...) I put them in my adjustable work table lamp and I’m not going to lie, I felt kind of like a piece of chicken under a heat lamp. The packaging was great, bulbs were pristine. I ended up using a can of spray frost to diffuse the light just a little more for my purpose. Speaking as a lighting designer- I do feel like these burn a bit warmer than the listed k-temperature (color wise) but it’s a comfortable warm light that doesn’t cause eye strain. Highly recommend buying a dimmer for these guys if you plan on sitting within 6 feet of them

Looks really good. Easy enough to install. There are many other similar styles and options from other places that cost about $50-100 more. So, this was really a good deal. We've had it up about two weeks a people have noticed and commented on it. People have commented that it looks good. I'm not one to care about these kinds of inside decorating things, but my wife really likes it. After ordering it, Hudson Lighting emailed me with a, well, basically a thank you for buying email, but they also asked for me to contact them if there were any issues or problems. That is quality customer service. We didn't have any issues, it's just up there, chilling over the kitchen island, but it's good to know that if something was wrong, it'd probably be taken care of. Good on them.

This product is exactly as described. Packaged very well, arrived quickly, and the lightbulbs last for a long time. I use it in one of the industrial style lamps (the one that has the exposed bulb with a clear cylinder glass around it) and it's super attractive. I would recommend this product. If you're wondering, the size of the base is the same as normal light bulbs. The bulbs themselves are a little larger than the normal bulbs I buy for lamps, but they'd fit in most/all lamps that fit normal bulbs. They give off a nice, warm light. I love these. Will definitely purchase again.

Great light bulb. Provides a soft amber glow to our kitchen. We used these bulbs in a vintage type, 3 globe fixture and have gotten compliments on how neat the bulbs look, especially when on a dimmer and you can soften the light to fully see the filaments inside of the bulb. These bulbs are not overly bright though, and we didn't expect them to be the primary lighting in the kitchen where at times you needs lots of bright lights. The best way I can describe them would be to think of candle light, magnified several times, where it is soft on the eyes and provides a soft glow over the room. My kids no longer scream when eating breakfast first thing in the morning due to it being so bright in the room. :)

First of all these bulbs came in very well packaged. The Bible verse won me over. That was a huge positive for me. The bulbs were very crisp and clean. I didn't even want to touch them they were so clean. The lighting is just right, a very warm lighting. The picture I posted of the lighting doesn't do it justice. It's much brighter than my picture. When it's lit up the bulb is really nice too. I bought these lights mainly for the looks of them, but am very pleased with the lighting, packaging, and all. I'll buy again!

The lights work well, however I amazed that they made it here unbroken. There was only a small piece of tape holding the original box closed with a small piece of protective covering on the inside. Wish I had taken a picture before I opened it. It was shipped in its original box! Not inside an extra box with padding to help keep them from breaking. I think we got lucky because they didn’t break. HOWEVER, the lights are beautiful and just what we wanted to put the final touches on the decor we wanted to create.

We saw these at our local Outback restaurant and we just had to have them. I searched and easily found them right here at Amazon. We received them quickly and I installed one in each of our two drop down lights over the kitchen serve-through bar. We have a dimmer pack on that section and adjusting the dimmer gives you several ways to set the ambient tone for whatever occasion you desire. On low they are slightly yellow and look to be great for a romantic evening. When all the way up they are a brighter yet soft yellow glow but you can't stare at them. At 60 watts they are bright enough for our applications. I ordered more to install in some sconce fixtures we hope to install soon. I highly recommend these for mood lighting and decor.

These lights are beautiful with our new pendant lighting. I love the warm glow and the patterned light it casts on the ceiling. Well worth the extra dollars! The product arrived nicely packaged. I highly recommend. Update: I've been using these bulbs everyday in my kitchen pendant lights for over a year now and haven't had to replace them. I purchased a second box so when they actually do burn out I won't have to go without as I await a shipment. Both the first and second package arrived nicely packed with no broken bulbs.

I love the look of Edison bulbs, they really help with aesthetic. I’m using them in my hallway and kitchen lights and they give off a warm amber glow. I do wish they were a bit brighter for my kitchen, as our cabinets are dark brown so if I’m cooking in the evening or on a rainy day I’m wishing I had more light. But I’m still happy with them and they look neat. None have burned out yet and they were installed in January this year.

Everything about this bulb is perfect. It is packaged in the most thoughtful and professional way possible. The bulb itself is a work of art. I have a dimmer on it and I love the way it goes from a nice bright to an intense warm. If you are looking for the best in Edison style lighting, this it it. The clear, shiny glass and with its filament even looks great when off. Price/Quality/Style/Light...in my opinion, the best of everything. I have tried about 5 brands/styles of bulbs for this light fixture. This bulb is a clear winner!

Beautiful colored lights for when eating at night and don’t want it to be too bright but just warm. Great looking old school product.
